Something worth mentioning regarding fusing paracord... make sure that the cordage is 100% nylon, both the outer sheath and core. Some of the cràp that comes out of China has a polyester core, which won't fuse very well.

I know its repetition but 3 colors not as easy is you make it seem need to go step-by-step all the way to the top
