quaddin4real yes sir you have to apply to be able to come and they require 44" tires or bigger and 500hp or more even though I seen a few that was below the 500hp requirement.
I don't know what it cost to do this but I bet if you can just wait your turn you will get your money's worth! I know this is fun but don't spoil someone's else's fun by running over your buddy who is stuck and trying to get out of your way just give him a couple of seconds!!!!
