Man, they got so close to perfect, but I wish they had ditched the strobe and had an extra step of around 50 lumens. It would have been a great work light then, bridging the gap between 10 and 100 lumens. That 50ish setting is such a utility range, providing enough light without blinding on surfaces. I like rubber tail switches for their simplicity and no fumbling to activate and cycle, even with gloves.

I agree. The 50 lumen mode is the perfect setting for long term use. It’s not too dim, and not too bright. It saves battery life too
Not really interested in 18650 now. For not a lot of size increase the extra runtime of 21700 just kills off any comparison between the 2.

looking to get a small 18650 light. It will probably be from Wurkkos. Though i am tempted by their newly released Wurkkos WK03 “golden edition” painted in gold, with a pretty Nichia519A. The pics shown on the wurkkos website doesn’t really do it justice - it looks way too bright yellow, but someone in the BLF community actually posted pics of it and it was closer to what gold should look in real life.

I have a different td02... 3weeks ago, like a prototype and have 5 modes, and reaches ober 400meters, that's weird..
