I was recently diagnosed with ADHD at 45. I decided to go see a psychiatrist because my mom was diagnosed with ADHD at 71. Girls were commonly overlooked and not diagnosed with ADHD because we were typically not as in your face with symptoms like boys were. It wouldn't hurt to look into it. Also, the podcast Ologies has a 2 episodes on ADHD that is very informative.

I definitely need to. I believe my mom as adhd as well and she will be 70 in December. I’ve been hearing that a lot of time it really starts to effect women when they have kids because they were able to do certain things to manage it before being over touched and stimulated by kids. I will definitely check into that pod cast 💕🙏
