This bus sounds like bus 216 and 266 in my district especially because of the axle hum and tires. They harmonize the same way as those buses. 266 is a 2017 IC CE handicap with small wheels and the Cummins ISB6.7l. 216 is a 2018 with the same engine as 266. All of the handi buses in my district have a rear lift and most have small wheels.
