Seco el fondant en la sala de aire acondicionado. después de que el topper esté seco, puedo transferirlo en una caja bien cerrada. Por lo general, hago la decoración de 1 a 7 días antes de hacer el pastel. ;)

Please what's the difference between fondant and gum paste. Can they be used interchangeably?
Hi Chioma 😊 Fondant is usually for wrapping cakes and making figures, while gumpaste is only for figures. Fondant is still edible, while very hard gumpaste is usually inedible.

Hi Kavita 😊 You can sprinkle a little bit of cmc while kneeding the fondant..and dry it for 1-2 days until it hardens. I dry my fondant toppers in an AC room.. But I know other bakers dry fondant toppers in a warm turned off oven.. I ever tried it too, and it worked.. 😊 thanks for watching, Kavita 💕💕
