This Dentist mentions fluoride toothpaste…I recommend a video of Dr Nathan Bryan and he discusses how fluoride in our toothpaste and tap water can destroy us. The video is about Nitric Oxide, how our bodies produce it(through the mouth), how fluoride kills all bacteria in the mouth and prevents the production of nitric oxide, and later in life you may have a greater chance of developing Alzheimer’s and other brain diseases

Cigarettes and alcohol addiction actually destroyed my life. I could remember several years ago after divorce with my wife which brought me into my disastrous journey on Alcohol and cigarettes. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with cptsd. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Much respect to mother nature the great magic shrooms.

Can you help me with the reliable source 🙏. I'm 56 and have suffered for years with addiction, anxiety and severe ptsd, I got my panic attacks under control myself years ago and they have come back with a vengeance, I'm constantly trying to take full breaths but can't get the full satisfying breath out, it's absolutely crippling me, i live in Australia. I don't know much about these mushrooms. Really need a reliable source!! Can't wait to get them.

Ive done shrooms last month in my house. It taught me how severely traumatized I was from alcohol. I healed from many mental traumas from my past and was able to forgive, let go. Shrooms to me is a remedy not a vice. I even felt more refreshed the
morning after. So no hangovers. No
depression mood for days. No anxiety.I now
      have a more calm mind

9 out of 10! He was a very good sport and his reaction was perfect - loved it. I often think too many in people in the medical profession are too judgemental which really discourages people from engaging more and following up on a more regular basis. We all know if we did x, y, and z that is the absolute best for our physical health, but other things improve our life experiences and often mental health. And well, we are human, we will never be perfect - so I really like it when a health care professional acknowledges that and gives us their best guidance, but without being holier than thou. ps: Cigar smokers should always ask for a Velscope scan annually - it is an early detection test that costs only about $60 and take just a few minutes to look for pre-cursors of oral cancer - oral cancer is extremely rare in handmade cigars smokers, but it is very treatable when detected early and this scan can show signs up to 2 years earlier than just the traditional visual assessment your dentist can do - so I recommend all add it to their dental care routine. Thank you Dr. Shalom Fialkoff for making this video with Tim!

Because of poor habit and smoking, I noticed my gums were bleeding more and dont smoke often in the winter, but in the summer, it could be 0 - 3 times a week. Because of this amazing, very informative video, I think I will slow down and maybe eventually quit when I am older.

The way that I see it its better to smoke less now (you should probably stop until gums has healed properly) and enjoy for a longer time in your life. Personally when I get really old, which I may or may not (never know) I will hopefully have lived such a good life that If I want to smoke 2/day I wont care about a tooth loss, this may happen anyway.

A classical vocalist! I’m a classical cellist as another college pursuit- what was your favorite composer/song cycle to work on? I love Schubert’s Lieder and have really enjoyed some Strauss Operas from the pit.

I noticed Tim has returned from the dark side, back to Connecticuts in a lot of his vids lately after a long detour into the world of Maduro. Welcome back sir

Trying to mix it up. I'm still jamming a lot of bold stuff, but I've noticed that if I start my day off with strong cigars, it can toast out my palate. So I'm starting smoother and working my way to bold in the afternoons more often. It also helps that there are a lot of banging Connecticut cigars coming out these days.

Great one, we need more of those, our choices that might have some risks with it shouldn't mean that we should avoid getting educated about those risks, that's just being silly.

Catching up on these videos and I recommend getting some Biotene mouthwash to combat dry mouth. I learned that from the pipe smoking community.

I’ve been having gum issues so i cut back to 2 cigars daily, very good vid as i still have issues with headaches & gum pockets. I can’t imagine having to give up cigars but i may have to cut down even more. Thanks Tim!
