I find it great how not only does this fit Junko impeccably, it could probably fit any revenge-motivated character in most forms of fiction really well too. Especially like the use of The Sea Where One's Home Planet Reflects at the start. Bravo.
You're right, and it better be, since the fact that the singer is male makes it fit Junko less than it could have. Unlike most characters in Touhou, it's actually important to Junko's character (and consequently, the song) that she is female, because it's important to her character that she's a mother.
It's nice how lunarian related chars have a shared leitmotif sort of. Like, parts of Pure Furies does have similarity to either Mokou's theme or Kaguya's theme, and also vaguely with Clownpiece
Good thing she's just a fictional character or after awhile I and many people would get as annoyed at Junko jumping in front of as many cameras as possible to yell "Chang'e, are you watching?" as when CNN wouldn't stop talking about the Malaysian plane for several weeks straight.
_Leaked audio of NASA sending an exploration team to the moon, 2017_ 'Yes, now what do you see, landing team' "Well, Houston, there's this lady yelling 'Chang'e, are you watching?' But apart from that, everything's normal." 'Landing team, can you repeat that' "I said there's a- OH SHIT- *sound of people getting put through bullet hell*" 'Landing team, do you copy? Landing team?' 'Damnit, now I know why there were explosions on the Sea Of Tranquility back in 2015.'
Top Speed: so, miss Junko, why do you hate Chang'e? Junko:*angrily* SHE KILLED MY SON!! Top speed:*Furiously* Ill help you kill het! Junko: thanks! Everybody:* face palms* OH BOY!
A good arrange. I have a feeling it would have sounded even better with female vocals, but the lyrical composition's spot on. Coulda also done with someone like Johnathan Young.
Hate to be “THAT GUY” but............ technically the song is “the sea where ones home planet reflects THEN it’s “pure furies ~ whereabouts of the heart”
This is really good its like the only English male cover I have seen tho I haven't seen female to yet let's hope someone does that to. If I had to say a part I didn't like... well I don't have one the most similar to that is the: my most important thing has curled up and it has died. Is a bit off if i made the lyrics there I'd be : my most important thing has curled up and died. But I still like all of the lyrics tho. But seriously great job on this.
Personally I think him not getting a female to sing this was his biggest mistake. The fact that Junko is female and a mother is an important part of her character.
This song fits Dame Dedtime from Yo-Kai Watch 2, because her enemy stole what was important to her and she wanted revenge. Not only that, after the events of the 2nd game, she was purified and now allows the Wicked Yo-Kai to be befriended.
Ti is a nice vocal of one of my favorite songs from this series! could you try Hecatia's theme : Pandemonic Planet? is it alright if I do my own version of this one?, Thank you!
the lyrics are great, the vocals aren't though don't really fit due to the character this theme is for but overall just great PS: "‘Cus you’ll know what’s on its way for you!!" could be switched with " to see Pure Furies on its way for you!!" or " to see my furies on its way for you!!" pun, a bad one...but a pun indeed
I never knew you had another channel ( you know, english lyrics for Touhou songs) The lyrics were very nice. I hope a female fan will cover this to match the character as well. Keep up the good work and improve yout talent.
My only criticism is that you didn't get a female singer to sing a song which is from the perspective of a female character whose motherhood is an important part of her character and the lyrics of the song.
You're a baguette
You're a pringle
And you're a dorito.
I like cars
I like trains.
I like planes
"I hope you're watching...!"
...
*ARE YOU WATCHING, CHANG'E?!*

ngl the atmosphere is diminished slightly by a smug junko walfas staring at me
This makes Junko look more heroic than the protagonists.
Pop off Queen
Excellent singing and I like your lyrics as well as inflection and expressions!

Junko isn't a Lunarian
@@Ponera-Sama no, but she has plot relation to the Lunarians, which is why I said Lunarian Related
The lyrics are really great, hell, I think you've even inspired me to start working on some lyrics for a touhou theme myself.
Great lyrics, it's awesome to see an english cover of this song, but I think your voice needs some work especially in the high notes :)
This is so awesome ,the lyrics , the voice , everything!!

You didn't listen to the end I see
Hate to be “THAT GUY” but............ technically Hitler never personally killed anyone.
same logic, sane result?
................... I don’t think that comparison works.
@@Lh0000
much like a jojo's reference...
there is never a time where a Hitler comparison would not work
Well, they are pretty similar songs, and the vast majority of the song is Pure Furies...
this is amazing and so beautiful
Great lyrics!

You sing so well!!

Why thank you! Perhaps I could try Hecatia's theme if I ever come up with a good enough concept for it. And sure, you can do your own version! ^^
Thanks, I also watch your DA could you check mine?
It's: FnafDulen

Should you try Elly's Theme? Spirit Battle ~ Perdition Crisis is the title.

🍻
When life gets you down sing this song.
Where did all of the other vocals of this song disappear to? I miss them xp
My only criticism is that you didn't get a female singer to sing a song which is from the perspective of a female character whose motherhood is an important part of her character and the lyrics of the song.
No one needs your stupid ass criticism
Like this one a lot~!
+mariosonicgamer when you will give some love to PC-98 characters?
Koakuma Random VIdeos Likely as soon as I can come up with fitting lyrics for their themes.
+MarioSonicGamer lyrica has already done versions of Mima and Ellen (PoDD) and Reimu (LLS/IN) themes
+mariosonicgamer Can you past the lyrics on the description?
Done and done!
←Wondering what will happen to thus epic lyrics if someone use Eleanor Forte to sing it
I support women's wrongs
This is why the Touhou Western-fandom should fall.
Wrong side of youtube for you then mate.
