PANDITA RAMABAI (1858-1922):- She was a social worker, scholar and a champion of women's rights, freedom and education. she was participated in the freedom movement and was one of ten women delegates of the Congress session of Mumbai in 1889.

1930,1931 and 1932 there were no conclusion, Congress did not participated in first and Gandhi launched second phase of Civil disobedience after returning from 2 conference.
