🔻Natural Passive: Quiet as the Forest
Passive: Shang-Chi accumulates [Chi] each time he uses an ability. Once full, Shang-Chi uses the Chi to restore HP upon casting the ability again.
🔻Ability 1: Rapacious as the Fire
"Shang-Chi delivers a flying kick in the specified direction, dealing damage to the target. Using the ability again within 4 seconds changes the flying kick to a straight kick, dealing damage to enemies in his path. Using the ability again within 1 second changes the straight kick into a spinning kick, dealing damage to nearby enemies and launching them up.
If the ability isn't used again after hitting an enemy target for the first time, Shang-Chi recovers HP."
🔻Ability 2: Swift as the Wind
Shang-Chi somersaults backward for a distance and leaves behind an illusion of himself. The illusion deals damage to enemies nearby. Meanwhile, Shang-Chi enhances his next basic attack and uses his nunchaku to send out a chi blast, dealing damage to enemies in its path and slowing them.
🔻Ultimate: Dexterous as the Thunder
When an enemy hero within range is launched up, Shang-Chi can cast this ability to deliver a three-part kick at the target.

In using C/D(cloak and dagger) if you like being a damage C/D prioritize maxing skill 1, if you want to be an optimal support prioritize maxing skill 3 for it has silence.
If you want your team to flourish make sure to think about your positioning either to tank a bit of damage then retreat or just support from the back
