Nino mate what are you thinking . Only ever pay scrap value. Your saving grace is of course your humility and the fact that you will become a you tube millionaire. You are a natural . Get those videos out
Brilliant video. Glad to see it saved. I got a Toyota out of hedge a few years back it had sat for 9 years. Jump pack and started right up. Ran it for a year or so and it was a proper cockroach car.
Well done, mate! There's a reason why Land Cruisers have a fantastic reputation. And regarding the 'scabby' undercarriage, I have a three word suggestion for you: "dry ice blasting". I'm looking forward to the next installment.
What a great video! So good to see you back! I've just done pretty much the exact same thing with a 2010 X Trail! I currently have 'buyer anxiety' about what is sat on my driveway.
well done. I think yours is one of the only channels I can watch for almost an hour and not click off. Love every videos and your an amazing guy. Keep it up one day it will be economically viable.
Nino, you beautiful bastard, this is the most amazing episode ever on your channel, all hands down. I absolutely love the new production style, which is informative and engaging. Also, the old Bertha coming back to life brings memories of the episode of Top Gear when they try to kill a Toyota pickup truck and no matter what they tried it was coming back to life every single time. It's a great statement to Toyota engineers, especially regarding the quality of their builds. One last thing it looks like this car has been fitted with an LPG installation, suggested by an inlet near the fuel flap, but I've seen no connections or accessories related to LPG installation inside the engine bay.
Great to see you back and great job on the old girl. That 2uz is a great engine and will just keep on running with regular servicing. First job is please for me do the timing belt after all that work it would be your luck for it to fail 😂.
@@NotEconomicallyViable Probably worth changing diff/transfer box oils, ATF (Exchange method using the transmission pump, good vids on youtube) and coolant too
My dad had a 2002 Landcruiser w/ 250k miles when it chunked 2 teeth off the timing belt. He drove it home over 4 hours on the highway and commented - yeah it kinda ran a little rough... Those engines are straight wonders
I'm surprised you didn't show revolving the engine by hand eight times to see if the valves were actually in time (or maybe you did and didn't video it?). So surprised it ran on old fuel. A testament for Toyota ruggedness.
Good to see you back. Nice bit of Jazz flute. Lie tirelessly to Mrs Nino about the spend, problem solved. 😁 Cambelts rarely fail. Manufacturers way of getting more money out of you. Big fan of not buying new parts, just clean um up & put um back. Alternators. 9/10 just need new regulators only.
Before I even looked at the engine look underneath if it is rotten don't even bother to repair it as it will cost you thousands in welding and replacement repair panels, I hope you didn't pay more than scrap metal prices.
Its like the movie 'Snatch' but Jason Statham is fixing a Toyota Landcruiser
Yea I noticed the similarity a few vids back. Had to comment a few hours ago but I suppose others have already. He's a light haired version
@ciararespect4296 it's the music timings with the dialogue that got me
Next time he’s fixxing up a caravan for his mom …
@@swizzlesticks8814 Hahaha yes
People neglect reliable cars like that because they think they can "get away with"...because they're reliable

Great to see you back bud 👍🏼

Glad your back . I was actually getting worried about you all
The man, the legend that is Neno is back, with a brand new revival of scrap 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 normal life has resumed 🎉🎉🎉
The gods of Toyota Landcruiser were definitely with you on this rescue, hope they stay with you for the rest of the work.
Great video getting better all the time and what a great old Toyota takes me back to the 90ies when I bought an old one .
Nice to see you back!!
Brilliant video. Glad to see it saved. I got a Toyota out of hedge a few years back it had sat for 9 years. Jump pack and started right up. Ran it for a year or so and it was a proper cockroach car.
My dad had two of these!! So many memories! I can still remember the smell of the weird grey leather

This will be the trusty daily for you!!! For life.

Nearly at 100k subscribers, what a great effort. It doesn’t seem that long ago you were hitting an old Audi with a spanner
Great vehicle. I had one for two weeks
He’s Back 🎉

We've missed you fella! Great to be back with a bit of bang, suck and blow on the old girl 🤣. Really enjoyed this one Nino! 😍

As the wing is just pushed in, might be worth trying one of those dent fix kits with the slide hammer and the hot glue sticks.

Yes mate, he's back 👍

Yess, was just checking yesterday whether I'd missed a video :)

The streets of London were stripped of these some time back. The tealeaves filled up shipping containers and off they went to Africa.
When the wife does better off roading in a golf 😂😂😂😂😂

Congratulations
I had a choice to watch a video from any three of my favourite RUclips channels, all uploaded within the first hour. This is the video I clicked on.
About time too!! 😊
Good to see you back.
Nice bit of Jazz flute.

You need to get to the end of the video 😉
You good sir, could do the under body Lanoguard test on that one
Welcome back.mate, where you been, lol
And welcome back - have you thought about modifying the Toyota into a ‘protection’ vehicle 🤔
Before I even looked at the engine look underneath if it is rotten don't even bother to repair it as it will cost you thousands in welding and replacement repair panels, I hope you didn't pay more than scrap metal prices.
about time!
