There should be class action by all Jewish students against the Universities. There should be a monetary recompense due to the current lack of education while being blocked from attending uni and for the stress and angst they have been put through for the bullying and hatred.

What we have seen for the past few months and more recently with the encampments is appalling. This is still America. Correction: it's not that they "didn't say anything" after the October 7th massacre. They had 10 students cells issue a statement blaming Israel for it, and the university not only allowed it, but encouraged it, culminating in the famous "context" argument at the hearing.

Students in Australia who feel threatened and/or intimidated by these mobs should also sue. That way, Universities in Australia will also learn 'the hard way' that they have duty of care to make all students feel safe.
