My closest friend passed away last month. I considered him my best friend because he was the only person I could be myself around. I think I was in love with him but I was too scared to commit to anything and I suck at expressing feelings + love. Now, listening to music that we both loved and listened to together all the time makes me sad and yearn for him to come back. I wish I wasn’t scared and told him how I felt.
