- At 89 Bob Lee still comes to work daily to Bob Lee Archery, to make recurve bows and longbows with his son Rob. Texas All Outdoors reporter Steve Knight stopped by Lee's shop in Jacksonville to talk with him about the legacy he's left behind in the world of archery.
RIP sir. You were and always will be a legend.
A legend !
I just acquired a used Bob lee - I don’t plan on getting rid of it.
So smooth
I wish that HE still made something like the WING PRESENTATION II ! PEOPLE? LET ME TELL YOU...FANTASTIC BOW!
The P3 long riser is listed as the modern version of the Presentation II:

Excellent video
I had the Presentation 2. Wish I had it back. Wing was always the top dog..
I laughed out loud when he said he'd never shot compound, now that's stubborn. Consistent though, I suppose
He's not alone. I despise compound bows. But that's not a shot at you, nor trying to Piss on your parade. Each to his own. One mans cheese , is another man's spoiled milk.
Compound bows don’t give the desires and challenges. I agree with him. Nothing wrong with that. To each of their own I suppose.
The Red Wing Hunter recurve... simply perfect! Bear, Pearson, Herters, Indian... the rest all copied Mr. Lee's design.
