Hey, I've been watching your videos for a while now and love your content so much! You seem so genuine and comfortable in front of the camera. I appreciate the disclaimer that you made at the beginning of the video because I have struggled with an ED. I heard you mention some of your "unhealthy" eating patterns throughout this video, and I want you to know that it is okay to eat foods that you enjoy. However, if you feel that you are struggling with binge eating, I would consider looking at your other eating patterns. Binge eating often results from some sort of restriction during the day. I am not a specialist, so I encourage you or anyone else who is unhappy with their relationship with food to seek help. It is one the hardest things that I have done, but it has given me the freedom to live life to the fullest again. I wish you the best and will continue to support you!

COVID was my peak binge eating but I've been doing better about it! If I have any issues I'll for sure get some help thank you for caring :)

I love that u assume that I'm doing art stuff 😭 (I am) but I've been crocheting a top, and doing some nail art for press ons. Nothing major recently but I can feel a sewing project brewing in my head. I'll have to make a video about it if I go through with it lol!!
