HI Natasha, WOW what a really pretty card very sweet looking & your frame really did finish it all off thank you so much for taking the time to share very much appreciated 👍❤️ Lin
I love that Glassine paper you made with the napkin. I was amazed in your last video at how strong it was once it had been treated. I never would have thought of using it the way you did for this card. Beautiful.
Gorgeous! Definitely on my to do list, first I have to clean up my desk and find space to leave the napkins to dry. Thank you for showing your finished card. Perhaps you will show us more ideas/finished cards with what is left over from the prepared napkin? Thanks 👍
Hi Natasha. This is a truly stunning card made with that awesome napkin technique. You always inspire and amaze me with your creations. Thank you so much Craft Queen. 💙🤗👸
It's really a pretty card and so danty. I haven't seen any pretty napkins like that around were I live. Will check when I get groceries. Thanks for sharing as always...
@Natasha Foote • I love everything about this card. I think your technique of making the napkin usable is terrific. Creating the flap, covering it, adding the sentiment and frame all make this card a winner. Thanks so very much for sharing this easy, fun, inspiring and creative card! 👍
Another stunner. Beautiful soft gentle card. Perfect. I love how the frame brings it all together and enhances the finished look. You are one clever lady. Much love. Xx
Hi Natasha, I love all your cards, and techniques, forgot to mention it was a pleasure seeing lil hands helping out on the other video!!! showing them that what you're doing is fun!!!! and that they are welcome to join!!!! thank you for sharing 💞💐
Hi Natasha, A couple of years ago an interesting video kept popping up on my home page. It pictured this same butterfly napkin. After several days I opened it and there you were showing us how to turn a napkin into a beautiful card.I loved it! Immediately I started watching your other videos eventually going back to your first ones. You have become a big part of my creative life and it is always a joy to see that you’ve posted a new video. Im glad to see you still have these in your stash, and that at the right time you bring them out and use them again. I myself have quite a historical stash. I won’t feel so guilty for hanging onto things for so long. Thank you for the wonderful work that you do!
Hi Nancy, I love the butterfly napkins, so I hold onto things, and only recently purchased another couple of napkins. I'm so glad that you've stuck around with me. Thank you for your kind words. It's your comment that has just made my day today, so thank you :)
I love the way you finished off the card, because it accents it, but doesn't take away from the gorgeous napkin. I have achieved the similar effect of the napkin by laminating it in a matte (not glossy) laminate sheet, so it ends up looking like velum. But then I didn't know what to do with it after that. Your card achieved the perfect finish!!
Very inspiring!!, beautiful creation!!! thank you for sharing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Love all of your ideas, even if I get a little worried at the beginning sometimes, your creations always turn out beautiful, and so simple to do. Thank you for sharing.😘
That’s a great idea! I do decoupage sometimes and struggle with the napkins, I already tried your method of applying glue before and it works fantastic! Thank you so much for sharing 🙏🏻😍
This card was worth waiting for!😍 I am 'perusing' new napkins and stopped to see your great tutorial! If my cat decides to move off my workspace...🤨😅 I will get started with what I have. Thanks, Natasha ❤❤
It’s a beautiful card-love the idea of using your napkin! But I have a question-what is the purpose of the vellum? Could you make it without the vellum? It seems there is no need for it! TIA for answering!
You inspired me to get some napkins. I shall be having a play with those when we break up from school for the summer. Only sixteen working days to go….Not that I’m counting or anything… x
If you watch the last video right before this one, she shows how she makes the napkin sturdy. (She peels the napkin apart leaving only the top layer before preparing it).
Hi. This is a most interesting idea and it looks lovely. I look forward to attempting something very similar. I have napkins on order but I'm not sure how long it'll be for them to arrive in the UK. Thank you for sharing your wonderful work .
Hey Ms Natasha: Color me stupid but......(lol); I have never heard of a "glassine" napkin before. What is the difference between a napkin and a glassine napkin? I KNOW I could find an answer if I would google it but I would like to know how you find them different when used as a craft item. I LOVED the one you used. There were so many areas to choose from I would have a hard time trying to decide where to cut! I've never paid any attention to napkins but after watching you, I can see a new addiction (for me)!!! As always, your card is beautiful. I also commend you on the many different looks you're able to achieve with that one set of scalloped ovals. TFS, hugs!
You could always try heat it gently around the edges to get it started? but if it's actually adhered down, then you just need to make sure you have a non stick surface underneath, so even a big plastic school folder, or even a layer of cling wrap down. Anything that is non stick! Good luck!
HI Natasha, WOW what a really pretty card very sweet looking & your frame really did finish it all off thank you so much for taking the time to share very much appreciated 👍❤️ Lin
Refreshing way to use the glassine napkins. And the tiny white border seals the deal.
I love that Glassine paper you made with the napkin. I was amazed in your last video at how strong it was once it had been treated. I never would have thought of using it the way you did for this card. Beautiful.

Just love love this card.
I enjoy it so much when you demonstrate a technique and then show the many ways use the creation. Gift wrap, card front, etc, so inspiring. Thanks ♥️

Natasha do you just leave the napkin together without peeling the other plys off? Love the card❤️
If you watch the last video right before this one, she shows how she makes the napkin sturdy. (She peels the napkin apart leaving only the top layer before preparing it).
