I lost my dog Oscar in October, it’s still really hard to come home to an empty house but I’m glad I’ve got the memories of him and his life, let yourself get upset and grieve. The pain will lessen over time, thinking of you Kate xx

I recommend doing a face detox. I don't use anything on my face, except a cleaner about once a week, and organic make up a few days a week. My skin is amazing! Even though originally I've had lots of problems.

My bestie of a dog died a month after my son was born and it was so hard because I used to think they would be besties too and it is hard and people think it’s dramatic crying about a dog but they are literally family hope you feel better soon take one day at a time life is hitting you one thing after another but it will get better🫶🏻🌈🙏❤️

edit: p.s. kate you only need ONE vitamin D tablet a day and nothing else because you can get enough of everything else in your food !!! (also yes I am a nurse and a qualified health professional) - taking any other supplements is honestly pointless! And often means you have too much of something in you body which is bad for your digestive system and renal system!
