Did my basic training and AIT here in 2003 and while the training was great it was boring off post. All they had was blockbuster video and some run down strip clubs in the area.
Remember it's nothing personal ! The DI's are there to break you down and make you into a soldier. If you give it 100% every day and believe in teamwork, basic will be one of the best experiences of your life !
