4o的付费用户都是可以使用画画的功能的，因为没有看到你的操作步骤，估计是什么地方没有操作对，你可以多试试，比如是不是模型选择的问题？4和4o都是可以的画画的，3.5不能画画😀

@@joyceyu4598 vpn影响的这个几率个人感觉很小，只要能登陆上gpt网站，使用功能上应该就都可以使用的，会不会是你的三小时次数用完了？如果次数没有用完，实在怀疑vpn可以切换一下节点试试，在不行就可以像有风说的那样，隔几天试试
