I studied under Dr. Martin classroom teachings for a few years, and attended his last class before he flew to debate a liberal christian back East, where he enter the Gates of Heaven that weekend.
To this day, his teachings are superb, really no equal, I miss him. I saw him take on Mormons who came and disrupted his class. He calmly, intellectually and Biblically dismantle all their heated arguments. What a man of God he was down here.
Hey Ray, if you want to get an incredible teaching on The Word of God you need to check out Jimbrown@graceandtruthministries.net. This man teachers what most don't want to hear and backs everything up with verse after verse, definition after definition, cultures and traditions and idioms etc, and is probably the most hated man for preaching what he does...just like Jesus, you must be hated by the world.

For three days, I had a conversation with a JW. He tried to convince that I am a "pagan" because I believe in the TRINITY. Also, I asked him how many true GODS there are. He said one. Then he tried to convince me that Elohim and Theos proves that there are multiple gods. He told me to list the meanings from a Lexicon. I only had to list two for theos because it destroyed JW teachings. He tried to dispute everything but it only made me study more. In the end, he was unable to shake my faith in JESUS. Hopefully a seed was sown. Now, I can only pray for him.
Jehovah...It is widely used. It is considered by many to be hallowed, and it is also endeared by many a beautiful hymn, however, this name was never revealed by God. The name of “Jehovah” is a concoction of man. Therefore, it is a “mongrel,” a “hybrid;” and it is “fantastic” and “monstrous.” There is something very wrong with this euphonious name. The facts have only to be known to justify this verdict. What are the facts?
Ever since the Babylonian invasion of Judea and the enforced diaspora of its people in 605 B.C., the Jews’ have a strong penchant for hiding the name of God from the Gentiles, and thus preventing the profaning of God’s revealed name. Later, the Catholic Church in the Middle Ages were known to raid Jewish synagogues, take the gold, and the Hebrew Scriptures [the Old Testament], and persecute Jews. The name and pronunciation of “Jehovah,” (and also the name Jesus) was unknown until 1520 A.D., when introduced and propagated by Peter Galatinus, Confessor to Pope Leo X, who noted in the stolen Hebrew Scriptures that there were Hebrew vowels placed onto the four consonants letters of God’s true name, YHWH [pronounced: Yod-Hey-Waw-Hey]. Peter Galatinus (1450-1540) did not know of the Jewish practice of placing vowels from another word, (accordingly one of the following words: Adonai {YaHoWaH}, Eloah {YeHoWaH}, Elohim {YeHoWiH}), and specifically Eloah, which created the name Jehovah. Jehovah is merely a combination of the Tetragrammaton (the four consonants: YHWH) and the vowels from another Hebrew word for God (namely: Eloah) arbitrarily placed onto the Tetragrammaton to remind the Jewish reader not to attempt to say the name of God, but to say, “Adonay,” instead.
It should be noted that words in the Hebrew Scriptures contain consonants only, no vowels, so when the Jewish reader would come upon YHWH, God’s name, he would inadvertently attempt to pronounce the name. Therefore vowels were added to remind the reader to say, “Adonay” instead of “the name” (HaShem). Noted Bible scholar J. B. Rotherham, stated, “To give… YHWH (Latin: IHVH {Iehovah} later JHVH {Jehovah} due to the later addition of the letter J in the seventeenth century) the vowels of the word (Eloah) to remind the Jewish reader to say, “Adonay,” and later to pronounce it “Jehovah,’ is about as hybrid a combination as it would be to spell the name of Germany with the vowels of Portugal-viz., Gormuna” (the Emphasized Bible, J. B. Rotherham, 1994, Kregel Publication, Pp. 24-25). Jehovah in its present form has only existed since the seventeenth century. Fact: God’s essential name is YAH, and Bible scholars acknowledge YAHWEH (for YAH, see Strong’s #3050), as in “Praise YAH,” in Hebrew: “Halleluyah.” YAH is the name above every name (Philippians 2:9). YAH is from the root word of HAYAH (I AM). The Savior identified Himself as the I AM (John 8:58). Je-hovah, “hovah” in Hebrew means “RUIN and MISCHIEF,” and “Calamity” (see Strong’s Dictionary of Bible Words #1943). “Jehovah” is a monstrous name that means “Ruin and Mischief.” Besides the vowels of Eloah, the Jews also at times used the vowels of Elohim, producing the false name: “Yehovih” (see Strong’s Dictionary of Bible Words, #3069), which was done to remind the Jewish reader in the synagogues to say, “Adonay” instead of speaking the name of God. The Jewish Encyclopedia, states, “This name is commonly represented in modern translations by the form Jehovah, which, however, is a philological impossibility” (p. 160). The Jehovah’s Witnesses admittedly make a similar reference that the name Jehovah is inferior (in their Book: Let Your Name be Sanctified (p. 16). The name Jehovah is not the name of God! Consequently, the name Jesus is not Christ’s name either. The name of God is so important and lost, that the LORD must restore it. The LORD said, “For then I will restore to the peoples a pure language, that they all may call on the name of the LORD” (Zephaniah 3:9). To those who reject the true revealed name of given to our Savior {YAHSHUA}, there is this warning: “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God” (John 3:16). To use a false name not revealed by God as God’s name is tantamount to idolatry. IN HIS TRUTH, Halleluyah, Praise YAH, Praise YAHSHUA!
@@stephenmarlowe3907 where did you get that translation of John 3 : 16? It certainly is unique. Almost all versions translate that verse much differently and are very similar to each other. The Greek interlinear doesn't have name in it.

Excellent video. The Jehovah's Witnesses have contradictory belief about JESUS. They have told me that HE is A God from their New World Translation of the sacred texts. Then the same people tell me that he isn't a God but is St. Michael the Archangel. I asked them if they believe that the angels, Satan and demons are Gods. They say yes, they are. The thing they are unable to say is how GOD is defined. They are pagans.

@@gustavmahler1466 then why do you reject the Bible? Google your facts. There are many verses that describe the Trinity. I'm simply tired of listing them and hearing the same ignorance. If you are honest you would do some research before making a comment about something you clearly know nothing about. It's in many, many verses. You don't believe and that's on you. I am also tired of leading horses to water and being unable to make them drink if you know what I mean.

Matthew 28:18-19 (NIV)
Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit
What we have in Matthew 28:19 is not what Christ actually said. Eusebius (born 260- d. 339) quoted Matthew 28:19 in his history of the church, "Go and make disciples of all nations in My name." What we have today in Matthew 28:19 is an interpolation (see EUSEBIUS, The History of the Church, p.68, Penguin Classics).

AND his redeemer...the LORD of HOSTS....both LORD's are in capital letters...meaning both are the same..yet clearly speaking of 2 people..the LORD,King of ISRAEL and LORD of Hosts..also being the redeemer

@@gustavmahler1466 Deuteronomy 6 : 4 and Mark 12 : 29 say that only one GOD exists. Revelations 22 says JESUS and his Father sit on one throne meaning that they are the same GOD but separate individuals. The Holy Spirit is the third person of GOD.

Two pillars in the New Testament for the Trinity, which both are lies. Ask yourself, Why the Savior never taught the Trinity? Why in the Hebrew Scriptures there is never a Thus says the LORD, "I am TRIUNE." The "I AM" in the New Testament means "YAH." Christ is the "I AM." The one name revealed from Heaven by which we must be saved is YAHSHUA (Acts 4:12; Philippians 2:9-11). Two wrongs do not make a right. Both the JW'S and the Protestants are wrong.
In my name, in the Bible, means through my authority. We are not baptized in an archangels name which is forbidden by Exodus 20. I'm not sure where you get your information from.
John 14 : 26 and Titus 2 : 13 in the Greek interlinear must be lies too. Almost 100 verses describe GOD as Trinity. You are not trusting GOD to get his message to us by claiming certain verses are corrupt. The SPIRIT OF TRUTH is in charge.
Once you start, you can throw out the entire Bible because you will find that you don't agree with anything it says. That's really what the Jehovah's Witnesses have done. They conformed the Bible to their beliefs.

I woke up from JW deceitful lies... I note fully abrupt and believe Christ is Lord God... I'm still not convinced on the concept of the Trinity that the Holy ghost is a "person". Firstly, I don't think we should refer to God in any way in human terms such as "person". that's where a lot of the confusion and disagreements lie... Regarding the Holy Spirit, even tho you can prove in Scripture that it is a person that can speak and feel, no where are we instructed to worship the Holy Spirit as we are with Christ.

The Lord Jesus identified the Holy Spirit with personality traits - First as a “He” even though in the Greek language the word “spirit” is neither masculine or feminine, but neuter and yet he uses the personal pronoun “he,” not “it” as would have been grammatically correct. Jesus taught that the Holy Spirit “hears,” “teaches,” “guides,” “leads,” “discloses” (or reveals) and “glorifies” Christ.
In 2 Cor. 3:17-18 we are told that “the Lord is the Spirit” twice.
If the Lord is the Spirit (and He is), then He may be worshipped without violating or, in any way, being unscriptural. We are commanded in Scripture to “worship the Lord in the splendor of holiness.” (Psa. 96:9 ESV).
“The Lord is the Spirit” and the Lord is to be worshipped “in the splendor of holiness.”
And we are also reminded of Jesus’ words to Satan, “It is written, ‘You shall worship the Lord your God, and him only shall you serve.' “Luke 4:8 ESV
So yes, the Holy Spirit is God and as Lord He may be worshipped although His ministry in the plan of redemption is the exaltation and glorification of the Son of God. That doesn’t, however, make Him any less God than it did Jesus because He submitted Himself to, or came to glorify the Father or to do the Father’s will or works!
Good point, but the Holy Spirit isn't an ”it” as you state it in your comment, the Holy Spirit is a living being, and I agree He is not a person like you and I (made of flesh.) The word Trinity is nowhere to found in the word of God (i.e; the Bible, but the scriptures make it very clear that there are ”three” and these three or trinity which means three are one.
For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

I said I was sorry to the Holy Spirit for grieving Him and I was filled with peace. If Jesus is in the midst wherever we are gathered, then He's omnipresent. Only God is omnipresent. So we can pray directly to the One in our midst.

+Aamir Mallik Christians are not divided on their theology but there are cults who are not Christian that go under the name of Christian. Christians from all denominations accept the same core values such as: salvation by grace, the deity of Jesus, the physical resurrection of Jesus, blood atonement and much more ; we although on smaller issues may veer in belief but the core values "what it takes to be a Christian" we all agree upon. Cults are not a part of Christianity and that is what is being addressed here.

Revelation one proves that The GOD is not equal to any other God. As THE GOD is Almighty he is obviously not subject to any one. According to Revelation three THE Almighty has seven spirits which we must admit makes the trinity some what crowded does it not? Ad the thing spoken to Moses were transmitted by Angels we still have a problem with what Moses was told which brings us back to Revelation one again.

If you are honest you can Google the Bible verses that describe GOD as Trinity on your own. There are many. Once you have done that, we can discuss them. The verses that you believe say differently, really don't.
I am writing to you concerning your concerns, you really need to get a more important life. I like to preface some facts, first I am not a Jehovah Witness and I do not belong to the Jehovah Witness Organization. You need to stop criticizing these people, they are really not doing anything wrong except promoting their religious beliefs, plus we do have religious freedom in this country. Don’t we? It is none of your business and you do not have to join them if you do not want to.
First of all, those who criticize the Jehovah Witness are hypocrisy. I will tell you why with simple facts. Most of the Christian, Jewish, and Muslim religions are total hypocrites. They do not read and comprehend the total message of the Bible. They believe in their interpretations of Bible, this is all , and consequently, they don't even follow that.
All these hypocrite people continue to go to wars against other people. They kill and murder other people. Rights! Are they good religious people? I do not believe that God and the Son of God Jesus Christ promoted any kind of wars. Wars are only human people creations. If you can comprehend the real message of the Bible than you can understand these facts are in total message of the Bible.
There are some good Christian, Jewish, and Muslim people, but their are also many bad Christian, Jewish,and Muslim people in their religions, that why we continue to go to wars and kill and murders innocent people. Tells me what religious people, do not go to wars and Illegal wars? I will tell you are a complete liar.
One very good example, beside other countries, the country of Israel is constantly promoting wars, killing and murdering people. The government of Israel is so corrupt that it makes the devil look like a saint. The United States and Great Britain are also on the same boat, and of course most countries are also there. They are suppose to be religious. Who are we kidding? The Bible tell you what to do and not to do, if you believe in it, it a very simple message.
So, for you to be criticizing the Jehovah Witness. FOR YOU INFORMATION THE JEHOVAH WITNESS ORGANIZATION DO NOT BELIEVE IN WARS. That one very good thing I can say about them. The other religious organizations, I have very little good things to say about them.
You need to direct you energy to more important matters. LIke you should to be criticizing your own government that is involved in about 50 illegal wars, they are currently killing and murdering innocent people. So do your religious job and criticizes your own government first. By the way I am an Air Force Veteran, I know what ugly wars can do. Have a nice day.

Jesus Christ came to earth and literally lived a perfect life, without sin, claimed to be God and gave himself up for your sins and mine. The God that created you came to earth to save you.. This is not a critique of the Jehovah's Witness religion. This is merely telling Christian's and the JW followers why they are not included in the promises and salvation offered by Jesus and the Apostles and prophets. Their religion is not the problem nor their exercise thereof. The problem is the pretense that it is endorsed by the Christ Jesus, God the Father and the Holy Spirit worshipped by Christian's.
