Every season that was dedicated to him he never opens up or communicates how he’s feeling right now. It just comes to show that he doesn’t want the others to worry about him too much because he sometimes think he isn’t somebody to worry about. I loved this show and I loved this character, everytime something hurts him he’d want to do something about it by himself since its HIS problem. Kai thought he was useless when he lost his powers in S11. He clearly shows he’s stressed, but if Jay lost his powers, he would want to deal with it himself. Man..This show carries depression-
Why does jay get the most best seasons and the most emotional he's ever bin and he hasn't broken down by now?!?! But it does show that he's much stronger than we think and I love him for it💙

everyone out there saying how sad lloyd, cole zane and everyone is but look at this. they've all talked about what they feel but jays never really opened up that much and its so heartbreaking. i love him so much man,, i wish he gets to find out the reason why he was abandoned
Also the fact that everyone else has at least learned why their parents did what they did. They made amends.
Lloyd, He got his mother and father back. He learned that his mother still loved him and didn't really abandoned him, and Although garmadom died, Lloyd still had a good relationship with his dad.
Kai and Nya finally got to see their parents again. And learned that they didn't die and that they weren't abandoned and their parents weren't actually evil.
Cole had made up with his dad. And although his mom died he still had a good relationship with her.
Zane was always loved by his creator/Dad. They never really had issues. Sadley tho his dad did die twice.
My boy Jay never got any of that 😢
I heard somewhere (idk if its true) that Jays father cliff had a womanizing nature which brought jays mother to leave Jay with Ed and Edna.

jay is too underrated. he's always been my favorite character and is the perfect balance of fun and focus. some might think he's a joke but jay's honestly a really sweet and strong person.
Jay's such a positive boy and I hope that he'll stay that way or getting happier 😩❤
Naddakahn (or however you spell it) said in Season 6 that Jay ‘makes jokes to cover up that he’s afraid’. He’s not truly positive, only uses positivity as a way to block anyone from knowing what he really feels. And that’s just heartbreaking.

Jay has always been my comfort character. And I feel so close to him that its just like... Like sometimes he's the only friend I have.
Even as a young child, jay was my favorite. I loved his personality and comedic talent but now as I get back into this fandom, I realize how tragic Jay is. He lost his birth father, was adopted, lost Nya, almost caused Ninjago to fall to Nadakhan. This edit is incredible

Oh my god this made me cry! Jay in my opinion had the most messed up past. He never found out what happened to his birth parents, and you can clearly see this bothers him but he doesn't tell anyone because he doesn't want the others to worry about him because he's known as the "happy ninja," while the others either found their parents or found out what happened to them. He's been my absolute favorite since the pilot seasons and I love him to death, and I think we can all agree that our little blue boi went through some major crap.
Jay is strong in an emotional way, he knows how to react in some situations, he's one of the best characters that the series can have

Also his parents still technically never told Jay he was adopted. Also he never told his friends so technically only him and nya know 😧
Well I'm pretty sure Cole and Lloyd know as they were with them (in season 6 he said smth like "to be fair I just found out my parents aren't my birth parents") but it was never specified if he told Kai or Zane
@@atushaal2761 he most likely hasn't told anyone! Since none of his friends still don't know about the entirety of season 6. And even if he told someone during the season it wouldn't matter because everything went back and memories were erased

He may seem annoying and talkative sometimes but he never gives up from my perspective no matter what happens as u saw when he found out he was adopted that still didn’t stop from holding back and fighting for what’s important u saw how kai didn’t care to fight the time twins when he found out his parents r alive but jay didn’t care much about finding about what happened to his parents after he found he was adopted he still continued fighting against nadakhan although that’s a rough thing but he still fought like a hero and it may hurt him how his parents abandoned him if it was any other ninja they would just give up or do something wrong like Lloyd when he was abandoned by misako he turned evil but jay still held back everything and just didn’t care about it although anyone would be hurt when finding out u were abandoned by ur parents like he deserves to know what happened to them
(Sorry if it’s too long but that’s how I feel about jay 😅)
Some people call Jay the weakest ninja, some even go as far as to calling him “useless” or “a burden”. But in reality, Jay is the strongest mentally on the team. Let’s look at all the horrible things he’s been through:
Season 6: Nya friendzoning Jay even after Jay tried so hard, having to witness all his friends getting trapped into the Sword of Souls, finding out he’s adopted and feeling like he was abandoned by his biological parents (season 12 ep 16 confirmed he felt that way), getting physically and mentally tortured by Nadakhan and his Crew, and having to witness Nya dying in his own arms.
Other seasons: Having being blamed for a lot of things even though anyone could have done it and probably would have (for example Season 11 when he accidentally released Aspheera), basically having an internal mental breakdown and changing his whole attitude to seem like everything was fine (beginning few episodes of Season 9), having to witness all his friends and the love of his life dying YET AGAIN in Prime Empire, having to see his non-biological parents being in danger time and time again, having been literally used as a sacrifice for Wojira (Season 14), having no choice but to zap the battery (which probably drained his energy, too) in Season 15, and FINALLY, the love of his life leaving him for the 3rd time, but not coming back this time.
Poor Jay, he’s really been through a lot and can still laugh it off like nothing ever happened. If everyone was as mentally strong as Jay, su!c!d3 wouldn’t exist, most people with mental disorders wouldn’t turn insane, and the world would overall be a more positive place.
