For future reference in the higher/lower dice roll maybe try 1-10 is lower book and 11-20 is higher book. That’s what I would do so that it’s easier to remember!! 😂 I have the Christmas fix on my list to read this December too!
If you guess correctly, you read the higher book because it is the more highly anticipated book. So, you would read Lessons in Chemistry. Lessons in Chemistry was fun. It has a dog named 6 30 in it.
Usually if you guess right for higher or lower you get to read the book you wanted to read. I also plan on reading Bloodguard. I hope we both enjoy it!
I hope your reads go well. I think you combined two games. Normally, with dice roll, one book is assigned the lower half of numbers and the other the higher half. But you kind of played the card way where you pull a card, then guess whether the card will be higher or lower. If you guess, right then, you get to read the one you are more interested in. Since that is what you did with the dice, I would go with Lessons in Chemistry (which I loved) since you guessed correctly.
I think because you guessed correctly on higher/lower, that means you get to read the book you most wanted to read! So Lessons in Chemistry in this case. That's my vote anyway. :)
You should read lessons and chemistry because you technically won. But I also thought it wasn’t you or maybe it was someone else that they rolled a D 20 and then if it was one through 10 they would read the lower one and if it was 11 through 20. They would read the one that was higher. I could be completely wrong there, but I thought that that was the rules. Regardless, you should read lessons in chemistry..

I read The Essex Serpent by Sarah Pery several years ago and I really enjoyed it. I also really hope that you can finish Garden Spells this month.
It's Christmas! Be nice to yourself and read Lessons in Chemistry since that's the one you prefer! (And it's a library book lol)
My vote is Lucy score

Canadian thanksgiving is too early and US thanksgiving is too late so both countries need to meet in the middle 😂
