I appreciate how Peter does something different and unique, he doesn't just copy the Enes style of video and pump out cookie cutter content. He definitely has developed his own style of walk through and it's really entertaining to watch.
Great morning Peter! Coral Gables is one of my favorite areas in South Florida, love this home the exterior is beautiful. This home has great interior light and open layout. Kitchen is inviting amd a perfect place to cook our perfect Puerto Rican 🇵🇷 dishes , arroz , pernil amd maduos 👌🏽. What a great backyard space & pool with amazing views of the lake. This is really an amazing home to sit back and unwind. Props to you peter,you've got very good presentation skills.I'm definity taking inspiration from this one✨
The backyard looks so peaceful and the privacy is very good. Missed opportunity by the builders to have taken that one bedroom and make it a lounge/changing area for the pool. Maybe add an outdoor shower as well. Also should have direct access from kitchen to dining area. Minor nitpicks tho. Very nice house (let's be real, it's not a mansion) and great location. I'm guessing between the security/flood insurance/taxes, monthly expenses must be off the charts. But if I had the bread I think I'd be very happy there (at least until the lake ended up in my living room).
I dont need to see the video. 5.4 MILLION … in coral gables???? Whats wrong with this house?? Is the land cursed by a native indian tribe???? Is their tons of flooding???? Insurance insane on this house??? Property taxes are behind somehow??? Peter WHY IS THIS HOUSE SO CHEAP?????? ❤❤ beautiful property theres no way this stays on the market more than 20 days.
