I like this interview, i just started as process engineer working on making demo products from R&D. This is very much what i do too.
As a current manufacturing process engineer, this was very insightful seeing the similarities across different industries. 👍🏿

A solid interview, nice work! I'm 30 and currently considering going back for an industrial engineering degree. I'm currently doing project management and not finding fulfillment in it at all, I wake up every day and hate my job.
What's so bad about it?
