- Hey guys! Sooooo I'm excited to share with you this week's vlog! I'm going way back aaaaand dancing after a long break. Yeah! So I danced again! haha. some of you may know, I used to dance regularly before and took a long long break to focus on other things. But this week I danced!
I finally got back into it, and I want to take you along for the ride! Listen, if anyone has any type of intel on how to come back from a hiatus of 6 years of not doing the splits and not be sore, I'm all ears.
So buckle up, its been a long while but it happened! I finally attempted to dance and wanted to share it with you! Thanks to everyone at the USC Xpressions Dance Company for having me and to my amazing love Sofia for inviting me.

it's so lovely to see you dance again kenzie. The anxiety you feel is normal, abby quite literally traumatised you girls. It's nice to see you can still have a passion for it

what did abby do? i know about the show they where on but I never watched it. Can you explain?
@@jessicaaguilar368 she was verbally, emotionally and mentally abusive to all the girls and she made them lose their passion and love for dance
@@jessicaaguilar368the other girl got the basics down but they also couldn’t lose or gain weight and so many other fucked up things.
I don't understand, if Melissa thought Abby was traumatizing them, then y did she not pull them?
Seeing the title of this video made me so happy. I’m glad you had the chance to dance again, but this time in a more positive environment. You were wonderful❤️

I want to thank you for keeping in your panic attack. You are helping normalize panic attacks and anxiety attacks, and as someone who suffers severe anxiety and panic attacks regularly, you made me feel seen and understood ❤

i think its really amazing and comforting that you recorded yourself during a panic attack it shows that things like this are normal thank you for this it really helped normalize anxiety for me
Honestly it’s so crazy seeing you dancing for the first time after the dance moms show and it’s so amazing to see how much you’ve grown as a person. Hats off to you 🎉
You did AMAZING and it’s so inspiring that you went and danced after 6 years with a team you didn’t know. It’s like you never left and you look so much more confident in what you’re doing now so I sincerely applaud you. I still haven’t gone back to dancing after 4ish years of break and that inspired me to do something soon! Also I really wish there was a longer video of the dance I would love to watch the entirety of it, is it posted somewhere? I had a dance teacher who stole my joy from dance for a long time. I fell back in love with it & realized nobody should be able to steal your passions from you!! ❤ so proud of you

I really hope you continue dancing! You have so much talent. I understand that there was trauma before but now you have positive people in your life who want you to succeed. Forget about the people who doubted you.

it's so cool that you and chloe are both dancing again just right now! and that kendall and nia are dancing with their schools too, so wonderful that, if you want to, the choice is there to dance in a positive environment :)
You did so well Kenzie and it was good to see you on the stage again. Just an fyi I have been dancing for 30 years this year and I STILL get nervous before I go on stage. If you feel like you want to start dancing again don’t let the nerves stop you. And if you are really still struggling with the past maybe go and see a psychologist who maybe be able to come up with ways to help you move on from that.

Oh the joys and pitfalls of dancing on a stage. Happy to see that Kenzie danced again!😃. It was so sad to see her going through that panic attack and feeling nervous but she's right that everyone goes through that and I'm glad she shed a light on that as well many people feel nevrous before a big event/go on stage for a performance so like you said, your not alone Kenzs in feeling that way. Amazing choreo Kenzie and I knew you would kill it in the dance. For someone who hasn't danced on stage in years you did do good. I didn't know you choreograph
