    Hi Nora,
    Just a small correction : ''Grandes Ecoles" in France are not private institutions, for the majority they are public. They are more selective in a sense that you have to pass a competitive exam to be admitted.

    (Nantes or Paris, for international student)
    1) If someone is an EU citizen but takes the national Baccalaureate in their (EU) country (which I heard isn't the same as the European Bac, since that's only done in "European Schools" and the student went to a national school. Even the number of exams taken is different.. but maybe I'm mistaken?), is that national bac still valid in France if they also have DALF? If not, is there a way to get it recognized or to take an equivalency exam or to take the European/French Bac without having to repeat the courses? And does the person still use Parcoursup and pay the same fees as other EU citizens?
    2) If the application deadline is 6 months before the Bac exam, but the admission requires a certain grade on the Bac, can the student still apply and send the Bac scores later?

      It’s fine if you don’t have the results! They ask the last results you have and then you just need (if accepted) to show you finished high school (or bachelor)

    Hello, I have one question about studying in France. I am from India and I am pursuing Bachelor of Science in physics which is a 3 year program in india. I want to know can I do my master from french university (Is 3 year bachelor good enough) ? The reason why I am asking this question because all North American universities required a 4 years bachelor program not 3 year. So what is the case in french university?

    • @ClaraBeauj
      @ClaraBeauj 2 года назад

      Yes 3 years is good I think

    By needing a graduation certificate to apply do I need to fully graduate before applying for colleges? Do I have to take a gap year?

    • @Nora_A
      @Nora_A  6 месяцев назад

      Not necessarily, you can in some cases submit a letter from your school or academic institution confirming your expected graduation date (an official letter signed by a school official) that some French universities may accept as proof of your imminent graduation. You can also request a provisional certificate from your school saying that you have completed all requirements for graduation, pending final examinations + other formalities. In any case, make sure to contact your target universities directly to see what alternative arrangements they have for students like you. Hope this helps!
