HELP PLEASE! Hi. I have tried this and downloaded the old version and installed it i also deleted all the old files and renamed the .itl. It opens up but when i go to the store everything is displayed blank. No app logos. Not sure what to do now.
Summary: 1- Uninstall Itunes from your PC. 2- Go ipsw.me and choose itunes. 3- choose your OS. 4- choose Itunes 12.6.3 and your windows version. 5- Download and install. 6- Open and click on data menu then apps. Notes: 1- If you get an error while installing, open the file as administrator. 2- If you get "Ths file "iTunes Library.itl" cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes." error, follow: On desktop, click on this PC, then C, then your personal folder, then music, then "Itunes" floder, then delete "iTunes Library.itl" file.

Double check that you followed the whole steps, especially the first one and check the path again. If you did but no result, download "Everything" program and use it to find the file.

This is actually a better fix for iTunes 12.7 and better on the other video in youtube. Only thing is to be patient with the instructions due to heavy accent but besides that this video is good.

First download iTunes version 12.6.x from website : ipsw.me/ then uninstall iTunes version 12.9.4.102 after that restart your pc and install iTunes version 12.6.x.
Hello sister ! First try to uninstall iTunes version 12.8.0.150 then restart your computer after that install iTunes version 12.6.x.x after finish. Open Windows Explore then go to music ->iTunes-> if you see file name iTunes library.itl then rename it to iTunes library.itl.old . After that open iTunes.

I suggest you download 3utools application and install it on computer. After you download app with iTunes then you can transfer it to iPhone by using 3utools

If you get an error about Itunes Library.itl, then you need to go to the file location and delete the file. Then it will work.
