I think the next closest we could get to determining just how fast he is would be looking at the more popular fan-works (though I want to make it clear that canonically, it’s completely up in the air) sans has dodged blasts from Gaster blasters, which in the game, once charged they move at the speed of light (they instantly appear as one beam, we don’t gradually get longer) So Sans could dodge any attack Kokushibo would throw at him. That being said, I don’t think Sans wins this fight purely because he doesn’t have the stamina nor firepower to kill Kokushibo. However, it would take a few minutes of Kokushibo chasing after him.

Sans can't kill demons. They specifically can only be killed by the Sun. His karma won't kill anything. Sans would also be incapable of reacting to Koku's attacks. He isn't as fast as people make him up to be, only side-stepping to avoid slow attacks.

Kokushibo has endless stamina as a demon and has killed enough that if we assume human kills count, that his LV would make up for it. Sans can’t do physical damage because monsters are made of magic so they directly attack the soul. His KR would damage Kokushibo but he is so fast he could likely dodge attacks and out speed Sans. Obviously Sans could try to teleport away and hit from a large distance but Kokushibo could likely catch up and eventually tire out Sans.
It’s also hard to say if KR actually affects you if you’ve killed a human because you don’t really have your soul absorbed immediately like with monsters. Monsters have to actually have the soul near them and want to absorb it to get it. Humans(demon in this case would fall under) would absorb the soul right after they have killed the monster causing their LV and EXP to rise.

That'll be a think if sans could even hit kokushibo, His speed is faster than teleportation (Douma's speed is at teleportation level)
Welp i’m thinkin if classic dies error 404 will get pissed since his the classic and it would effect every sans so like- kokushibou will ehm get killed by one of the servants of 404 or like core frisk’s friends either way it would effect alot and someone will most likeyly kill kokushibou
So Sans can destroy him only with KR because the more you kill the more the damage done by KR increases so 1 hit from Sans can do a lot of damage if the opponent killed a lot of people.
Kokushibo's power_
1. Being able to travel faster than teleportation (Douma's speed is at teleportation level)
2. He can regenerate any damage instantaneously
3. He can control the length and size of his katana because its made of his flesh
4. He can also summon more blades out his katana or his body
5. He cannot be killed by beheading
6. His breathing is the second strongest after sun breathing
7. His vision is VERY sharp and precise because of his six eyes
Sans's powers_
1. Teleportation (or dogging ig..)
2. Gaster blaster (The beam might be fast and powerful but the gaster blaster's themselve take a long time to actually go into action, making it easy to doghe for a uppermoon)
3. KR (Might work, but if put into another perspective, its kinda like a poison effect than anything else)
4. Summoning bones (which are not really that durable than kokushibo's blade)
5. Blue magic (Can only pick up and throw him around)
*Major point: The soul in undertale is supposed to be the embodiment of a person's being* kokushibo's soul may kind of be like a human soul cuz he was human before and may be able to posses *DETERMINATION*.
sans outspeeds massively...Frisk has immeasurable Speed feats with level 1 in the fight with Asriel(Thanks to being faster than erasing a timeline and also being able to stay in a void)
Level 19 should be at least in the same level...this remains consistent as Sans has statements of being able to move through space-time

The only way to kill kokushibo is to expose him to sunlight due to the fact that to kill a demon is to behead them with nichirn sword, and kokushibo has proven to remove that weakness.
Kokushibo also has a near limitless stamina and regeneration, But if we are gonig undertale logic Then kokushibo would have more hp Than every one in the underground combined, due to the fact that he lived for 500 years+ killing humans and absorbing any demons that challenge him. Sans still has a chance of survival with the karma affect but due to the HP on kokushibo plus regeneration(This also applies to HP) he would regen faster than the karma effect would hurt him

Realistically sans just drastically outscales kokushibo sans could lose only if he plays around to much but seing how the video started sans should one shot
There's nothing realistic about this fight, it probably won't happen at all and it really could go both ways mainly because sans isn't indestructible, but since it's in undertale and not the anime

@@cheetahgod360 nice joke. 3 blasters of epic is a nuke, koku wont regenerate cuz there is nothing left to regenerate.(also epic is klinda more immortal then koku so basicly even if koku hit epic he will regenerate) Koku wont be able to damage seraphim cuz after he got in fandoms hands they made him inf stats, error wins cuz of hax which is carry him, delta and cross there is a 40/50, cuz they delta can trap koku but it will be hard cuz of kokus speed and cross can try to control him which is also will be hard to hit koku. Basicly there is only delta and cross can lose.

Error himself said that he can destroy 2 universes at some minutes, also his special attacks can destroy AT LEAST universe which is making him higher than koku, as i remember author said that error has special kind of power and with that power he is kinda strong, but without it his slightly stronger than classic.
