Love when Patrick talks about people needing to learn how to not think. It is very true. It can be very hard to quite the mind sometimes but it is a worth while practice.

Looked up the book draw breath on Amazon and it looks really cool! Very unique and creative. I have so many books I want to read right now lol. This one went on my list :)
Great Channel:) I watched the video with Dan today and the one with pat and Richard Brown. They were both really interesting. Love Patrick! Walking breath holds have really helped me a lot with my anxiety and allows my mind to quite. My Bolt score has improved a lot since I began doing his breath exercises.
