I don't think the steel version is lacking the functional cocking and working trigger because of legality--they are just a LAZY company and didn't take the effort to make it functional. They didn't even bother to drill or form the finger hole in the bolt properly. The Denix blows this one away, sadly.
They are spray painted with DuraPark, recreates the look of parkerizing, also known as phosphate finish. www.duracoatfirearmfinishes.com/products/durapark-spray-on-parkerizing-replicator?variant=39891787401
It's a de-milled (plasma cut) gun . Due to stupid USA ATF gun laws you cannot re-import fully-automatic guns from overseas without the receivers being sliced multiple times with a plasma cutter (essentially destroying the gun). The other parts of the gun are not damaged. These are called "parts kits". There are re-assemblers in the U.S. that will fabricate new receivers and use the old parts to re-create the guns but they must be modified in a way that will make full-auto imposible. There are many re-assemblers that rebuild AK47's for instance. A M3a1 parts kit however is very difficult to reassemble back into a real functional gun because its difficult to recreate the receiver. In fact some of the rebuuilds actually try to use the S&K airsoft receiver for the receiver of the rebuild. A rebuild into a functional semi-automatic M3A1 can cost upwards of 2K$+.
what is the deferents between metal and steel? Did I just walk into another diminution? I think he's comparing pot metal and steel.
this type of metal is diecast zinc alloy

I know it's been a looong time, but do you know what color of DuraPark you used? I want to parkerize my own but not sure what color to go for. Cheers.
Cool video, gunna get the denix
Can you look in the Barrel ?
Would you say the steel one could be used for parts?(m3a1) Or is it just different enough to be useless. Not asking for me a friend asked.
I don't recommend using replica parts on any kind of real counterpart
The steel replica gun is an airsoft gun that has been spruced up. I own one of these. You will find a gearbox inside.
Is it actually what about their pistols
Compared to an airsoft video and your are right!
@@scificenter I heard that a lot of ReplicaGuns are spruced up Denix guns. Using real parts like on the Thompsons.
Steel is metal. I think you mean Zinc.
I just ordered the denix One! :D the Steel One looks horrible tough.. nice review mate
repaint with this www.duracoatfirearmfinishes.com/products/durapark-spray-on-parkerizing-replicator?variant=39891787401
@@scificenter Which DuraPark color did you use? They have 5 colors: Dark Gray, Light Gray, Black, WWII Green, Gray Green.
Where do you buy these about?
Did you repaint the Denix one? Because your denix one looks more gun metal gray and not black.

Can you disassemble the Denix one? I wanted to give the bolt a used look.
I wouldn’t try it. And don’t unscrew the barrel.
You say the Denix is metal and the other is steel. Steel is metal. Is the denix aluminum
Cast zinc alloy
Can you look down the barrel?
Most denix guns have hollow barrels.
Arent you from the US? I thought these guns are legal over there.
Not unless you live in a state where full auto is legal and are willing to shell out a lot of money
WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED TO THAT OTHER GREASE GUN, IT LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE BLEW IT UP!
