    Brilliant, I'm feeling very grateful for this. And feeling inspired and motivated to committing to doing the "work" (I wish I had another word for that) It's really an exploration...perhaps reframing "the work" is the way to break through the obstacles that come up to me regarding consistency - I'm using this comment section almost as a journal, not my intention. Just wanted to say thank you :)

    When I started watching my breath, my back started spasming, which is associated with a very deep, childhood trauma. Do I continue doing the breathing regardless of the back spasms? Ty

      Not really my space to answer but I'd say continuing breathing specially when the trauma response gets activated can be the key to unlocking that, by turning on the light in the darkest places - as the the Rav was sharing.
