    Those are the best vscd video instructions I've seen so far especially, with the explaining and demonstrating of what you are doing and why.

    And one thing that is difficult is when I doubleclick an object, and it shows the subordinate objects, and I go back to the original set of layers, if I'm zoomed in time-wise before (with the layers) the program now zooms me back out. (?) Any tips on getting the program to keep me at the zoomed in time, at least when I switch back to the regular layers?

      By zoomed in-time what do you mean? Are you talking about the timeline or screen w.r.t zoom? Can you elaborate more?

  • @wilholland100
    @wilholland100 2 года назад

    The timeline at the bottom. When zoomed in and you have three or four seconds from left to right, but the whole project is 30 minutes, and then you click on an object to look at the subordinate objects, the timeline switches to the time of the parent object (and that is kind of annoying as well). Then when you go back to the larger, outer scene, instead of looking at the three or four seconds you're zoomed out to the full 30 minute timeline. If you're going back and forth into the object to adjust something, each time you come out you have to press the + button over and over.

      Understood. I know its kind of annoying to zoom in the timeline again and again every time you look at the subordinate objects but as of now that's how things are. As far as I know,there is still no option to lock in the timeline at a specific point so that it remains uniform either inside or outside the objects.
