    Been watching people gutting fish and turning it to sushi and sashimi... had a "sushi boat" today and I'm still craving...

    O sashimi da barriga, pós costela tem um sabor diferente, é incrível com em um único peixe os sabores mudam. É como o gado, cada peça tem uma característica, mais gordura, ou menos. Excelente vídeo.

    I wounder how many fish the Japanese consume per day. ? There’s 1000000 million of them and they probely all eas sushie I’ve never tried it but am planning to try one to see what all the fuss is all about !

    Minute 8:8 demonstrates that this was not a Japanese fish auction. If a fish was dropped like that and bruised it would be marked to have nearly no value. Ignorant.

      some of the surface may dry out, just like overnight buns,some part not good for sashimi size, some with dried blood with it!
