About Morocco and Christmas:
Morocco is a mostly Muslim country that doesn't really celebrate Christmas but I still wanted to give some representation to celebratory holiday dishes that are not Christmas-centric around the world in this series, especially delicious ones like this one. I want this series to be mostly about celebration food that brings people together but unfortunately, I had to stick to the
"Christmas Dishes" series name which may cause some confusion. Sorry for not making that clearer in the video!

@@nate9198 Fellow Greeks are not bad either! I find that Mediterraneans in general have some of the best cuisines, don't you agree?
@@amaydejaamar Yes absolutely I think the Mediterranean in general has great food and I think a huge part of it is due to an abundance of fresh ingredients combined with a passion for their cuisine, countries including Italy and Greece have been somewhat resistant to big fast food chains and still love to eat traditional homecooked foods. Sometimes simple dishes can be incredible because it relies on very fresh good quality produce.

lot of muslim Moroccans celebrate Christmas but they don't know it, the local Amzigh new year is actually the Christmas holiday according to Coptic orthodox church, after Islam the holiday changed to celebrate the conquest of Egypt biblical libian King Sheshak.
@@gostavoadolfos2023 A lot of things wrong there, because first of in Islam we have 2 festivals which are the 2 Eids, second of all Amazigh's new year is at 12th of January even though it's not permissible in Islam, and third of all Jesus peace be upon him never celebrated Christmas, this whole Christmas came from pegan rituals that has nothing to do with Christianity, so tell the church to stop lying about others' religion.
