Great video! What were the dates of your stay? I go to Hyatt a few times per year . We love it! I was there in March and Sept. We went Sept 6th - 14th for my birthday and the Ziva pool didn’t have anything going on. Much of the hotel staff were out on vacation. Very unusual. So I think that perhaps next year I should make my birthday trip whatever week you went. They obviously had everything up and running during your stay.
