According to the information out there regarding cinnamon, it should be Ceylon that is used. The one that is not Ceylon is supposed to be not so good for your health in large doses.

What I do is use it in porridge, tea etc. I buy disposable tea bags and put the cinnamon in them and make the tea that way.

Drinking this helped w/suppressing my appetite, especially at night when I seem to want to snack. Didn’t really exercise for the first 3-4mos unless it was 10m walking/cardio. My mom who is hypertensive does this now and only this (can’t exercise due to disability) has lost about 30lbs as well
@@bookwoman7803it's safe a drizzle or two, as long as its with organic ceylon cinnamon. This kind of cinnamon will break down the sugar in honey. But you would also have to buy organic honey, I forgot the name of it exactly, but there is honey out there that's less sugary. But still doesn't matter because like I said the ceylon cinnamon breaks it down.

Thank you, Jennifer Welch, I overlooked that the cinnamon needs to be CEYLON…and I use cinnamon in almost everything I eat or drink.
You can get Ceylon Cinnamon pills at Walmart. I was using it. Easier on your system then Regular Cinnamon.

ACV is not that good for the body. I would recommend using lime, raw honey 🍯, and Ceylon Cinnamon.
