I stuck around that long because I actually enjoyed roofing and still this day do it as a side job (mainly small roofs, TI, and repairs). Officially went to an office job but still spend my free times watching roofing work 😅😅guess you can take the person off the roof but you can’t take the roofer out of a person haha
Moving buckets like that for ballast is the dumbest thing that goes on. Find a better way, this is killing roofers backs. Fill up empty buckets to 30lbs...dont need 70 lbs thrown all over the roof by hand. So stupid, yet the beat roofs need it done...I get, BUCKET !!
I work for a roofing company..and i swear the hard work u have to endure in the hot heat..this work is torture!
