I don’t know about Gwyn. Very conditional, right gear, gameplan, and knowledge, then he could be a walk, but if something is lacking, he could be harder.
I mean if you're a melee character with a sheild that can parry and by the end of the game you can't parry, its kinda on you at that point. If you're not a melee class its understable although there's an argument to be made that a caster could also use a shield.
@@Ali-hi4xs Parrying is like the 4th best action in combat, which attacking, rolling, and moving being better choices. Also, no one tells you to parry on your first run, unless you’re using a guide. But by that point, the whole game should be on this list.
Can't stand edgelords that say Gwyn is easy. He's the most aggressive boss by far in Dark Souls, even more than Manus. Prove to me that he is easy and beat him no hit with a DDR dance pad during an earthquake
I think that all DS1 bosses besides Manus, Artorias and Gwyn (in case you don't use parry), all DS2 bosses besides some DLC ones and all first half of DS3 can be considered punching bags. Also I haven't played Bloodborne myself, but I've heard that you can stunlock half of it's bosses to death by hitting their weak spots.
@matthewralph6931 O&S are very passive, you just kill Ornstein very fast after he charges at you and then deal with fat Smough that is very slow. Abyss watchers can be staggered and die too fast (literally died in 6 charged heavies from big sword, 3 for each phase). Very low HP.
@@matthewralph6931 O&S are very passive and have literally 2 attacks each. Abyss watchers can be staggered and have very low HP. Took 6 charged heavies with +4 weapon to beat first time.
Gwyn dosent belong in list at all. If you do not parry him, he is harder than everything but the DLC bosses to such a degree it is not funny. If you got the timing to parry him, you can essentially dodge practically everything in the game so if Gwyn is too easy, so is 95% of the first 3 souls games not counting DLC, even more so. This game also dosent exactly reward parrying all that much so like who the heck would think to try parrying and even then the timing isent exactly the easiest thing in the world. Now if the game was say Dark Souls 3 rather than the first 3 souls games, understandable argument, not the case though. While Astraea is easy, you have to look at her in terms of context. Fighting Garl head on is a bigger issue than most bosses in this game so adjudicator, leechmonger and dirty colosus for example. If you arrow cheese astraea well by that logic you could put micolash, throw poison so u dont have to chase him and boom. Dragon god is technically easy but the funny thing he, he will kill you the most or be pretty close to that statistically speaking.
Would have thrown in Godrick the grafted in jest for his being the weakest of demigods. I agree with mist noble being number 1 I always enjoy your videos mate! This one ain't different. Keep up the amazing work!
Not sure why Solider of Godrick is in the list I took a 5 month break from this boss after the first try, took some therapy as well because I began having nightmares of him. Definitely top 10 of the hardest bosses in Souls Games.

parry go brrrrrrrrrrr

This applies to almost every boss lmao

Ur forgetting about O&S from ds1 and abyss watchers from ds3 but yeah pretty much other than them

Wolnir gives me too much trouble sometimes. This mf will never wanna keep his hands down
This is my favorite souls channel by far i love your content
Bro That means a lot
Gwyn being on her and not Phalanx is wild my dude
Hearing a pro tell me how easy a boss is that i struggled with as a newb triggers me

It's good that some of the bosses are easy. the idea that Dark Souls "has to be difficult" is nonsense. I never came to Dark Souls for difficulty.
I keep coming back for the Gravity Rush tracks
Gwyn is the ONLY DS 1 Boss giving me troubles dude - i cannot fcking parry
dude i wear black knight armor and use the Black knight sword and he three shots me with normal attacks (35 Vitality)
yhorm is also pretty easy if you have the gimmick sword (forgot the name and which i absolutely didnt pick up in my first run)
Wasted 30 mins of my life slapping his ankle with a broken straightsword 💀
@dafulegend5905 nah man thats just straight up abuse
Yhorm the giant should have been on here, considering they give you a sword in the fight that takes him down in 3-4 hits.
If Mist Noble isn’t number 1 we riot!

Put some respect on my boy God Rick
i love when you say “issue” in your videos 😆
Shieldless gwyn is very challenging but also very fun.
Glad at least true king allant is 2nd didnt think of mist nobel as number 1 or the king would have been my pick lol
mist noble is sub boss instead of real boss
sakura bull from sekiro was easy, just use beast wissle after sneaking up and he will ram into the wall for an instant death blow
Lol gwym destroyed me on my 1st ds1 playthroug because i wasnt overpowered and i didnit know i can parry him
The Last Giant is pathetic lol. Not even a gimmick fight or a boss fight for lore, just a turd with legs
Then theres the covetous demon, a turd without legs.
@ Big turd that just slides around lmao
Where is Consort radahn?
You forgot about slave knight Gael
All is well, Mist Noble was number 1.
Gwyn is the hardest boss in ds1 including the dlc (my experience)
He’s the hardest boss if you don’t parry because of how poorly made he is.
