You can buy the Jadebot Workbench Decoration & Recipe at any Jade Bot Vendor. They are next to the JadeBot Workbenches in the 'End of Dragons' maps. :)

Make sure that you get the recipe and not the actual workbench. There is a difference which I found out the hard way.
