Its traditional architecture, wooden finishing details and the enrichment of the functional layout with a covered terrace make everyone relaxing here feel great.

Straight path from front door opening thru to back door, not good feng shui😢
The kitchen sink should never face a wall!!!!!
I don’t like several issues with this home. The kitchen is small and its sink faces a wall and needs to be in front of a window or in a bar facing guests. That fake electric fireplace is a waste of money. Storage overall is insufficient for a full time home and there’s no good place in the home for a computer and desk. Bathroom works fine for me. The cubby by the back door needs to become a pantry. Looks more like a vacation home to me than full time living. Why is the roof so high? If it’s intended for winter snow melt off, the snow loads will dump onto the front and back (think rapid exits) of the home, totally unacceptable.
The house is really nice.
Bathrooms should ALWAYS have a bathtub!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU???
Many people prefer showers. Showers may be more practical in a vacation home and they are much safer for older people. If you have this house built, put in a tub. Problem solved.
Even if only for cosmetic reasons, there should be windows in the gable ends. And because the steep roof pitch does create some good attic space, I'd have a pull-down stair to put in loft beds for the kids. The fireplace is in a really odd place, and that space could be better used for a pantry closet. The laundry machines could be in the back hallway instead of in the bathroom.
Very nice home .
