Jess, I just wanted to say that I’m a new-ish bullet journaler (just started in June) and yours is my favorite journaling channel. No one else in my life does bullet journaling, but I’ve fallen in love with it since I’ve been doing long-form journaling since I was 9 (I’m 30 now) and I’ve struggled to organize my time. Being able to combine my planner with my journal has been a game changer, and I’ve also loved your goal-setting videos. My favorite thing, though, is that each time I comment I get a reply!! I love how authentic you are, and that your layouts are always so simple yet still interesting.
I do try to reply to as many comments as I can 💜 though sometimes I miss some 😝 if I ever do, know that it’s not personal! Glad you enjoy the goal setting videos in particular; they’re some of my favourite to make 😄
I agree. I just started my first one out of a spare notebook. Did the basic thing for about two weeks. Now I'm ready to try a couple of functional and easy collections to add a bit of novelty. Your videos have been so accessible. I feel like I could watch your stuff back multiple times over the next few years as my skill level grows.
I love the important dates layout! I’m an online teacher and often work with schools in multiple states here in the US, so it can be hard to keep all the different vacations, report card dates, and program end dates straight. Having all that information in one place and easy to see quickly is a great idea! I’m setting it up right now!
I’ve just graduated and started work recently and I have been searching for work related bujo ideas and this video is perfect! Thank you so much for the ideas! Will love to try some of them in my bujo! 💗✨
Loved this video, thank you!! I do a lot of client/account management, data management and project work, and a lot of the videos I’ve seen either don’t focus on those areas or have ideas for project planning, but where all the steps for each project are the same (for example, a content creator using a kan ban board where the videos are different but the steps are always “film, edit, voice over, etc.”). But my projects unfortunately don’t follow the same steps consistently so it’s great to see ways to adapt for that variability! I’d definitely vote for a second video with any/as many more ideas as you have!
A lot of interesting ideas! I used PlantBasedBride's rolling weekly, with a task list and then 7 days for schedule tasks. Then on the opposite page I keep notes--a dot with the date as a line break, checkboxes to address things. On the bottom, I have a table that lists staff I need to follow up with, their role, the unit they work on, and what they need. When I meet with that person, I mark them as 'done'; the people I can't mset roll into the next week's spread. I am a nurse, particularly a nurse educator. I can't write anything about patients in my notes, because that is confidential. So sometimes I have vague notes such as room number, issue the patient is having, and that I need to talk to the nurse about xyz. I've been adapting this setup for the last year or so! It's become quite helpful.
It’s tricky when you have to keep the things vague for confidentiality, but also have enough detail so you know what the heck you were talking about 😂 sounds like a cool system though! 💜
Thank you for this video! I've been bullet journaling for many years and most of it in a quite haphazard way. I appreciate the work spin on bujo layouts you've provided and the well thought out descriptions of their applications (and acknowledgment that not every layout is for every person/job). These layouts have renewed my enthusiasm for using bujo for some of my work things. Thanks!
Fantastic ideas! I'm setting up a separate journal for work (trying to create some life-work balance!) and these ideas have really got me thinking about what it would be useful for me to include.
I am a wizard again, but also a multitasker haha... this video has some great ideas that I am going to incorporate into my work journal. Thanks, as always!
Great video. One question - does the permanent marker "sit" on the contact paper and then transfer to the opposite page when the journal is closed? Or does it dry nicely?
I haven't noted any transfer, but I haven't done extensive testing with it. I'd guess that the permanent marker would "stay" better than a dry erase marker though 🤔
Thanks for sharing! I’ve been trying to brainstorm ways to better organize for work. I took screenshots of several layouts and plan to incorporate them into my notebooks. Hope all is well 😊
I nabbed mine from Warehouse Stationery (can’t remember the brand, but they only had one 😝) but I haven’t tried more than one to give much of a recommendation 😅💜 very helpful, I know 😂
Jashii, I love this very structered way of showing bj possibilitys. Unfortunatly, a lot of zhe pages are very unreadable for me. Is it possible, that you zoom more in, maybe show only 1 page??? Am I the only one with this problem?? Like my ccomment if you also have problems with the readying., Petra
Hey Petra 😊 what device are you watching on? I only ask because I know on phone, possible also tablet, you can zoom in by using the two-finger-spread thing (can’t think of a nicer way to say that 😝) That might help though!
No problem😎. I m watching on my iphone and - yes i am already a little bit older with 44 - know about this zoom in on my device, but it get‘s unreadable, kind of fuzzy (is that the correct term??).

Oh awesome! Hope it works well for you 😄💜

Glad it was helpful for you! 😄💜 congrats on your recent graduation 💪
17:20 instantly obsessed with this weekly idea 😮 I would love having an overview of all my meetings handy outside the computer every week.
Glad you liked that one! 😄💜 I need to get a thinner permanent marker for these videos 😂
You are very analytical. This is soothing and giving to the other side of my brain.
Glad you enjoyed it! 💜😄
I never would have thought of the infrequent process list! Definitely need one of these for my work.
I find it quite useful 😄💜
The prioritization matrix could be useful for home care tasks when dealing with limited time or energy.
For sure! I'm thinking about using it for pretty much all areas of my life 😝
Yes! I was thinking the same 😊
As I'm becoming an entrepreneur I'm realizing that I need some different schedules than when I was an education. Thank you so much for this!!!
Most welcome, and I hope your entrepreneurial journal goes/is going well! 😄💜

Vote counted! 😄💜 and it’s cool to hear more about what people do in their work as it makes idea generation easier, haha 💪

Most welcome! Hope it proves useful 🤞💜

Most welcome! 😄💜 that’s an interesting notebook size 👀 where’s it from?
@@JashiiCorrin It is from Clairfontaine - 96 sheets (192 pages), soft cover, ultra white paper with 5mm × 5 mm /graph, perfect for my small handbag :)
This is absolutely brilliant. So much value! Thank you!
Most welcome! 😄💜 Glad you liked it!
I was just looking for these ideas and couldn’t find many. Thank you!
Glad this was useful for you! 😄💜
I love this one! I'm so excited to try some of these out.
Aww yay! 😄💜 Glad you liked them!

What contact paper do you recommend/ where can I get some?
