Again, do not keep ducks if you can’t give them a pool. Ducks, as they are birds, do not have an anus! This means it is literally impossible to potty train them, and they tend to poop every 15-30 minutes. That said there are “diapers” you can buy online if you really need. Most people seem to know this one nowadays, but DO NOT feed ducks bread, while usually it’s not bad for them, the problem mainly comes when that’s most of what eat. The bread fills up their stomach, but they don’t know that they aren’t getting the nutrients they need, so they don’t eat anything else, and then they can get malnourished and sick. Some things you can feed ducks: chopped grapes, lettuce, peas, cracked corn, dried mealworms, dandelion greens, and chopped strawberries. Make sure you cut the bigger foods up, ducks tend to eat too quickly and can easily choke. Lastly, ducks are flock animals, and you as a human can’t spend all hours of the day with a duck (unless you can, in which case you’re good). Keeping a duck without another duck is very cruel, so if you plan to have a duck, plan to have 2-3. And if you’re keeping them just as pets and nothing else, I’d recommend all males. They’re very chill, much quieter than females, and don’t lay eggs. (Obviously) Thank you!
And one more thing, they were bred by the Dutch to provide softer feathers, when there was a trade with Japan, where we also sold tulips, a few of the breeding duck pairs were give to Japan with it, so they would have softer pillows too, but the Japanese found them too cute to kill, that they ended up being kept more for aesthetic purposes.

1st of all they come from the Netherlands 2nd of all they are very noisy so it very well might cause trouble if you live in a neighbourhood suburbs or just a house close to another 3rd of all they don't eat cat food they need a pelleted diet whole wheat and mixed grains also have a all round access to grit and leafy greens this all has to be very high quality as they are a delicate duck breed, occasionally give them some fruit or certain vegetables but don't give them citrus fruits, rotten, toxic or moldy fruits or vegetables. Also, remember this is a duck! It will most likely not be easy to care for they will need a very secure and sturdy coop aswell as running space, a small pool to go in and as all ducks do they have watery poops so that will be tricky when you have to scrape their poop of the ground as they do it alot so the ground can't absorb it in time especially in the coop as that should have a strong floor on the bottom so foxes don't come in and eat all your sweet little ducks also don't put them near your cat like they did in the video :/ 4th of all as ducks are a social animal so they will need more than just one males are quitter than females but still need company the general recommendation is that every 6 ducks ( females ) have 1 drake ( male duck ) NEVER KEEP JUST MALES and you will be fine keeping about 6 females together but after all this they are still good pets just make sure to research more than just a AI duck video if I missed anything let me know but dont buy one from what ive said research them please! I would hate for someone to get one from what I've said and realise they are hard work because they didn't look anything up ive covered a small margin of duck care there is waaay more to it

I already have pets - all spiders and they are EVERYWHERE in my house eating those miserable flies and moscitos. A few months ago Matilda in the basement became a mother of ... COUNTLESS little baby spiders. I was so proud of her.
You get kinda sick of them after hearing their call all the time 😭 surprised I haven’t got a noise complaint, but other than that, they are pretty low maintenance little guys besides the fact you need a little bin for them to swim in. Also they need to come in pairs so they don’t get lonely.
if you got the area for them, get one. a small pool from Walmart, the food for them and from what I read about them they don't require a lot of room. From what I noticed they are not really that expensive unless you are on a serious budget to buy one.

I already have pets - all spiders and they are EVERYWHERE in my house eating those miserable flies and moscitos. A few months ago Matilda in the basement became a mother of ... COUNTLESS little baby spiders. I was so proud of her.

You get kinda sick of them after hearing their call all the time 😭 surprised I haven’t got a noise complaint, but other than that, they are pretty low maintenance little guys besides the fact you need a little bin for them to swim in. Also they need to come in pairs so they don’t get lonely.

if you got the area for them, get one. a small pool from Walmart, the food for them and from what I read about them they don't require a lot of room. From what I noticed they are not really that expensive unless you are on a serious budget to buy one.
