I think some of the gels are getting snagged by the holes in the suppressor, which means its not getting launched at fast enough velocity in a straight line that the gel is falling, or the gels are getting lauched too fast and close to each other that the gel behind is hitting the front gel. If your remove the suppressor, does some the gels still explode?
Wonder if you soaked the caps too long? They shouldn't break so easy out the barrel or that wastes half your ammo. Imagine it would be easy to go thru 10000 caps in about 2 minutes.
