Izzy: “I’m retiring from mma to pursue a career in acting”
The Oscars in 2030: “and your winner for best lead in a motion picture.. Alex Pereira!”
Nice stolen comment.
This has been copy and pasted at least 200 times
We've seen this meme like a thousand times
@@julian2238 he has no life outside commenting generic takes on this channel as soon as ufc uploads
We all know Aljo is gon take that trophy home.
That concussion kicking in on Izzy “ I was fine” ok, “I was fine” ok Izzy, “oh hey I was fine” ok champ u were fine
Lol!
Come on bro you don't know what it's like for these guys, they're warriors and would rather go out on their shield. Many fighters complain when ref steps in.
@@Mistanyycguy Exactly, that’s just the nature of fighting. The average person watching would never understand
@@805Goodland I think it's more izzy refusing to own up with what's happened, acting like he didn't get knocked the fuck out, eyes rolled back, head looking the opposite way of alex, yet he has the audacity to say he almost had alex, he was perfectly fine, his eyes just kept rolling into the back of his skull
@@chrisdinke271he didn’t get knocked out. So everything your saying makes no sense
Dustin wasn’t Lying when he was talking about this to Helwani 😂😂😂
Zhang Weili said Best Coach,Best Student💪❤️ WORDDDD
6:44 The coach could not even keep a straight face saying that
😂😂😂
zhang weili is so charismatic, glad people are appreciating her presence more and more lately.
Adesanya: I will not make an excuses, the better man won.
Also Adesanya: My leg gave out in the second round, I was okay, I was lucid, it was an early stoppage.
Weili is such a sweetheart! Love to her and her coaches!
Seeing Reyes' downfall is almost like watching the tail-end of Rockhold's career. Going from looking like he beat Jones to just back-to-back KOs.
Crazy man! Don’t if he lost mentally after the Jon Jones fight but hope he breaks his losing skid
He did beat Jones but sadly he suffered the Jones curse.
he became too proud of having a really close fight with Jones
also I think he fired his coaches after he got finished by Jan(as far as I know), when he lost he put the blame on his coaches instead of himself and now here he is, you don't turn your back on people who helped you become a big deal.
Dana doesn't allow people to build back up after a loss they way they do in boxing, Joshua will probably fight a lower ranking guy next in boxing. Wilder (3 ranking) just fought helanius (26 ranking) to get his mojo back. Woodley got thrown to the wolves constantly after losing the belt, it ended up destroying his career and legacy. Same thing has now happened to Reyes. Connor could use a lower ranking guy for his next fight now too.
At least Luke went out like a G
this was the best ppv card ever, fights from prelims and main card where all incredible and had awesome moments, even the decisions which where only 3 and the whole main card being a finish aswell, awesome stuff
I wouldn't call standing head down with no control over your leg in front of Alex Pereira being "fine".
Listening to Izzy's explanation, I can see why he thinks he was fine, but in this situation Goddard demonstrated he has better judgement than the fighter. Izzy will accept that in time if he hasn't already.
@@alugificator I think Izzy is coping to show an outward appearance of confidence, in his mind I think he knows he was done which is why he seems so off right now. I'ts cause he's just trying to make himself feel more confident even if he knows deep down he really was out of that fight.
1:00 Chandler was 100% right about how Dustin handled victory like a baby. Was odd to see this interaction. I know adrenaline and testosterone were pumping, but that was a side of Dustin I've never seen before.
got all rockhold there..without fear, there's no bravery lol Chandler had enough of his shit
I mean, after all the back of the head strikes, Chandler blowing blood out of his nose onto Dustin’s face and into his nose and eyes, the fishhook among other fouls, I’d say Dustin being pissed is pretty warranted lol
Bro more and more poirier is showing his true colors
Esparza’s coaches looked like they knew what was gonna happen the entire week but just had to look dissapointed for the camera
The interaction between izzy and alex after the fight is the best moment in my opinion .. the one who`s a fighter and got into many wars already .. is the one who prefer to make peace with others and appreciate the peace more than anyone .. humans still have minds sometimes 🧡🧡
This is my house!
The Modelo sign?
😂😂😂 💀
Poirier:This is my house!!?
Chandler:You mean this Modelo sign lmao
Zhang's coach " I can't take the credit" right after he takes all the credit lmfao
1:01 idk why but that 'alright' is hilarious
Poirier vs Chandler might turn into a huge rivalry 😳
0% chance
It’s already over. We know who the better guy is
Wont happen unless either one becomes champ and that wont happen.
Considering chandler is 36 years old and we already know who’s better and the fact that Dustin definitely would never fight him again, I’m gonna say -7% chance of this happening
@@lazarogmz why not? The rematch would do sound numbers, for that alone I feel like the UFC would consider it down the line.
Esparza had no chance, She was only taking care and keeping the Belt clean for Zhang Weili´s return.
Pereira's victory wasn't only about power, he outsmarted Izzy in the last round. The strike that changed the fight was because of a Pereira's left hook feint, he set a trap to Izzy. Look at the video I made.
The right hurt him casual 🤣
@@EJ-bq1nu That's what I'm saying, the right hand was what changed the fight, after a Pereira's feint. Without that right uppercut, there isn't that powerful left hook later.
Alex knew the left hook haunts Izzy, it traumatized him.
pereira is extremely calculating and has feint persuasion techniques, he fights consciously all the time
9:22
Alex: Big man.
Izzy: You're bigger.
😂😂😂
Good to see Zhang Weili become a two-time UFC champion, thought she'd get it done by KO/TKO
Beat her at her own game. SHEESH 😳🤧
Happy I picked submission 😅🎉
@@Satsuionly I had a feeling she’d make a grappling statement
I understand why Dustin was so pissed, he lost both of his title fights by RNC, he was caught in another one and almost got finished with the use of a dirty trick, for him to get the sub in that fashion is a true poetic justice.
Agree
LOL. Nah... Chandler gained fans, Dustin lost some this night.
@@kee7678 chandler lost fans for fighting so dirty. Idk what your talking about
@@JCVV22 I've been a fan of Dustin since I met him back home like 14 yrs ago. However, he's been kinda a dick and I wasn't really aware of that until the homies were telling me about it...his last few fights in the run up and post fight stuff. Pay attn son...
weili has been impressive since partnering with fight ready. did really well in the rose rematch, arguably won. outclassed joanna, and esparza.
She was only at Cejudo gym for one fight, Rose. She trains in Thailand.
@@FkTheUFC Cejudo says he still gives her advice, and she sends training film to him sometimes to breakdown. But yes she mainly trains in Thailand now.
@@snandrew6094 Cejudo says a lot of things.
@@FkTheUFC lol that is very true 😂you always have to take what he says with a grain of salt
izzy saying hes fine is so funny 😹😹 bro was trying to clinch onto his soul after the left hook
I'm Brazilian. I've watched Alex Poatan Pereira fights since his times in Brazil. Same ice cold stare and posture, keeping his emotions in check. Complete contrast with the racional mindset and extreme violence and power he displays. Alex Poatan had such a hard life! Either he would build a tough cold carcass to be successful or he'd crumble along the way.
The Poirier / Chandler footage was great but this whole Izzy / Pereira story is epic. Love seeing the team support
The fight was great but I wouldn’t call the story epic when it’s 3-0
1:14
chandler: the modelo sign?
this guy 😂
The corner of Alex celebrated more than himself 😂
This is way better than the Slow Motion. This gives more insight on that day. Fantastic work by the UFC
“Izzy made no excuses” lmaooooo get stopped bruv
Eugene Bareman looking like a renaissance painting 7:48
Eugene's face when Izzy lost was priceless
Michael is such a sport... Best man 👍👌 regards from Mumbai India 🇳🇪
It's great to see Zhang weili speaking English, it has more mass appeal to the fans and she's improving, great little Dynamo!
Dustin “the salty diamond” Poirier
Dustin is always complaining about someone cheating. Mike walked over and was like well nevermind than lol
UFC has to have the best cameras I’ve ever seen honestly Its crazy how good the picture is
