Taylor was interested in a boy she knew, and her parents disapproved of him and did not want her to get involved with him. Taylor explained she was very frustrated so went to her bedroom, slammed the door, and wrote "Love Story" in 20 of 30 minutes.

The song's appearance in Hannah Montana: The Movie came about after filmmakers approached Swift about using her music in the film. Film officials emailed her asking for a song "that was perfect to fall in love to" and "sort of a country waltz."
I recently watched the movie Whatever It Takes (2000) and the vibes between the two characters reminded me of this music video. I wonder if Taylor was inspired from it. A guy and a girl are best friends, live next door to each other (which i know is a lot of movie plots) BUT the guy literally says "you belong with me". after they dated other people.

If I'm not mistaken "Change" is dedicated to her old music label, Big Machine Records, because it was also only starting like her music career, ONLY for her old label, especially it's CEO Scott Borchetta, to betray her by not letting her own her earlier works and sell it to Scooter Braun who is a bully of her for years.
So TLDR on Best Days of Your Life, Kellie was really close with Taylor during Debut and Fearless eras and when they were both opening for Brad Paisley’s tour Kellie discovered her boyfriend cheated on her so she and Taylor co-wrote this song and she put Taylor in the music video. Also I dunno if you noticed but Kellie was featured alot in the Beautiful Eyes mv she just had a bob then lol

The redhead is Abby her friend from school, who has been in some of Taylor's MVs, and the girl with the blond short hair is Kelly Pickler from American Idol, she has had some success, she and Taylor wrote a song together and did a MV with together, Taylor and Kelly toured with Brad Paisley. Kelly suffered a great loss this past year, her husband committed suicide.
