For those who don’t know if you’re Muslim before you pray if you farted or use the bathroom, you have to make wudu you have to wash your hands, arms, hair, ears, and legs but without soap ofc and so that sink is for your feet and you always have to put your feet on the sink while washing it so you can’t just wipe your feet off with water. You have to actually put your foot on the sink and start washing it and that sink is for your feet. The only times you can wipe your feet is when you have socks on, but you have to have the socks on throughout the whole day so you can wipe the socks

As someone who grew up in saudi and lived there for 6 years... I thought the same when i moved to there...
For those who don’t know if you’re Muslim before you pray if you farted or use the bathroom, you have to make wudu you have to wash your hands, arms, hair, ears, and legs but without soap ofc and so that sink is for your feet and you always have to put your feet on the sink while washing it so you can’t just wipe your feet off with water. You have to actually put your foot on the sink and start washing it and that sink is for your feet. The only times you can wipe your feet is when you have socks on, but you have to have the socks on throughout the whole day so you can wipe the socks
