For an upgrade: You could look into adding a feature such that any Bluetooth headphone can connect rather than just a USB C adaptor. Speaking of adapter, the camera attachment of the Lark m2 allows for TRS to an audio interface. This means you can stream with audio from a console. The use case for this is a church or any setup with multiple audio sources that need to be fed into the live stream.
Cool camera for the right user such as a streamer or influencer. Especially one that attends trade shows and does interviews at booths. Very portable and easy to use interface with overlays for listing the person/company being interviewed. Unfortunately, if you need multiple camera angles this won't work. If you want to use a broadcast style xlr mic, this won't work. If you need to stream to more than 2 platforms simultaneously, this won't work. An iphone with a usb lav mic like the one shown in the video, going through streamyard can achieve 90% of the functionality that this camera does, but would be more cumbersome. For a multicamera livestreaming set-up, the best entry level solution is still going to be using the BM Atem mini.
