This quick tip will walk you through everything you need to know about the rib command in Autodesk Inventor. This command is also used for what is normally referred to as a web.
How can i rib save as a apart solid/model?I need ribs in my boat to support my boat.ribs are in different sizes and it is easy to create with rib komando but I can not save ribs as a separate model. If I can save ribs as separate solid I want to open in new part and edit with cam comandos.thank you for your help
You can find that version on the official page of autodesk; if you're a student you can get it free for 3 years which is enough if you're a college student.
Jake Cabreros no you can't; if the files where original made with 2018 version then you only can open them with 2018 or 2019; which means you only can open older files using new version but can't do the opposite.
A nice addition would be to have a "both directions" option, such as with thickness, so the sketch geometry could be on the midplane.
nice way of explanation i learnt alot from yours alot
