Kudos 👍 to the Singapore 🇸🇬 Authorities on supporting and ensuring hygienic and safe food chain and supply sources. It will also be very interesting to know what “stringent” checks are made with regard to Pork and Pigs 🐖 products given that more and more medical and scientific 🧫🧪 evidences are emerging on the harmful and unhealthy effects of pork consumption by humans ⚠️
Thank you SFA and Business man like Kenny Toh for keeping our food chain continuous. We look forward to the new farm manufacturing ISE Food Holdings (IFH) Japanese egg farm who will produce millions of egg from 2024 to 2026.
As we are transgress into the world of automation and futuristic AI, why are we still "putting the eggs in one basket"? Risks should be mitigated with diversification, period
From what I see is this video prove that Singaporean cannot live comfortable without Malaysia supplying basic necessities like Chicken Vegetables Pork &... , sources diversification is necessary but it will make huge logistics fee increases plus this year GST increases will make Singaporean live even more stressful and paying more for the same thing.
@jly5828 It should be Malaysia cannot live comfortably without Singapore. Just ask the 1 million plus Malaysians working in Singapore earning SGD. 1 to 3.50
Strategically, Australia and Singapore have close ties for many decades since Japanese occupation of Singapore. Australia has vast farm lands. From an economical, food diversity, safety and military strategical perspective (Australia buying nuclear submarines from USA), why don’t Singapore buy frozen freshly killed meat, seafood and other products made from Australia to maintain and grow the relationship for the protection, preservation of human lives of Singapore for win win mutual profits?
CNA... dont you have any sense of shame? if the authorities have so many sources of chicken, how come the prices are all the same? meaning the gov fixed the prices when it sold to the consumers?a tray of 30 eggs were $4.XX (NTUC) before covid, 2 years post covid, $7.10 today. "Good" job indeed.
Grateful for the people who put in the hardwork. Often take food on the table for granted.
A Big Thank You to those involved .
Thank you for your hard work! And CNA for highlighting the people!

Should Singapore 🇸🇬 stop importing sewage garlic from China?
Chinese garlic is grown in a too unsanitary environment for human consumption.
Welcome back
Well done! More sources please!

2021: malaysia say dont sell to sg
3022: Malaysia begs to be allowed to sell
Only a few month ban, you drag it too long, Malaysia chicken supply chain already restored to normal long time ago.
No need 3022, I believe 2031 is more than enough to make it happen. Let’s go sgd1 to myr4 and we’ll see it.
All hail PAP
Cruelty 😢

@@fhetfet6402 If the Malaysia suppliers raise their prices, the truth will be told by the 1 million plus Malaysian working in Singapore earning SGD.
