Not so slow you feel stoned with brain fog, & not so fast you feel pressure to dance like a crazed rave kid. 👏🏽💞 One thing that makes your mixes good is lack of irritating high-pitch sounds (like high bells, trumpets or sirens) that interrupt thoughts & create anxiety. Those sounds should be saved for dance clubs & emergencies lol
